This is a great getaway place, owner made it very comfortable and easy- there wasn’t an item we needed… everything right down to crab traps .. owner even offered fishing tips on preferred bait off the docks!! Excellent location , very clean, wonderful jacuzzi

Short beach trip

Our stay here was great, it was a short trip but we enjoyed all it had to offer! The hot tub was great to have and my boys enjoyed fishing right off the dock. Dave was great with answering messages and giving us all the information needed and more and we look forward to possibly staying again in the future!

Great Getaway!

Wonderful house, location, and hosts! Dave was very helpful and showed us how to work everything in the backyard…the house had so many water toys (the pedal boat was a blast). The location is so convenient and the house was very clean upon arrival. I would recommend anyone looking for a shore getaway to book this one!

Great place on the Lagoon

We had a great stay here over Labor Day weekend! Big, new hot tub, kayak, paddle board, floaties, and blow up water mat made for nice time on the water. Fenced in area for our dog was perfect for us. Hosts were helpful and flexible for an early check-in. We'd stay again.

Great location.

Property was very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is provided. You just need to bring food and your personal items. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to so many things. Would definitely stay here again.

Best hosts yet!

Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted to make our visit absolutely perfect. They have thought of everything. They were always there if we needed something yet distant enough for us to have privacy. The landscape was beautifully designed, tranquil view from the dock, and all outdoor amenities were thought of to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

We had such an amazing experience staying at Erica and Dave’s place this weekend. From the moment we booked, their communication was excellent. Dave even reached out ahead of time to let us know about the boardwalk ride tickets going on sale, such a thoughtful touch that really made our trip even better!The house itself was beautiful, immaculate, clean, and exactly as pictured. You can tell they take great pride in keeping everything just right. Erica and Dave were incredibly friendly and responsive; anytime we had a question, they were just a quick message away.Indeed, they are the best hosts we've ever encountered. Their kindness and attention to detail made everything so much easier and more enjoyable for us. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend their place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

We had a wonderful time at the Paradise Frills. The place has everything as described. The apartment is pretty, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped . There is Arcade to play games, TV with cable, plenty places to sit and sleep. The backyard opens to the bay. We sat on a cute sandy beach with chairs for 4, used the kayak, the slides , inflatable floating devices, water bike , the hot tub, grill and table with benches under a tree. There is outdoor shower with hot and cold water:) I loved biking throughout the city, kayaking to the open bay ( we saw plenty of swans )and relaxing in the hot tub :) . There is fun for everyone - young and old. The ocean and boardwalk is not far and walking through the town was nice.The owners are very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had :) We would definitely come back.

Wonderful Vacation

This was a milestone vacation for us, multigenerational trip with my husband , myself, elderly parents, young adult sons and a teenage son and two dogs. Our first real vacation in over 2 years! Dave and Erica’s place provided us with the much needed privacy with their beautiful private dock and lounge chairs overlooking the bay, private access to our own kayak, paddle boat , great clean grill and amazing outdoor hot/cold shower. We can’t say enough of their brand new jacuzzi , it was heaven. The upper level living accommodation was clean and fully stocked with the necessary kitchen bathroom beach and cleaning items. The wifi connection was great and not one complaint from our three sons!The view from the windows was impressive with the beautiful bay and sky. The location was extremely convenient to ORTLEY beach and the pretty downtown area of Lavalette where we had morning coffee and enjoyed the restaurants. There was also a nearby dog park where our two dogs enjoyed running and socializing every day during our stay. Dave and Erica were so both lovely and so attentive to any of our questions and needs ! They added such personal touches to our vacation that we felt at home . Highly recommend their beautiful getaway to any of my family and friends! We have such wonderful happy memories thanks to Dave and Erica!

FANTASTIC VACATION

Dave & Erica were exceptional hosts! From check in to check out everything went smoothly. This penthouse has a private waterfront backyard facing the beautiful protected lagoon with your own large dock. There is a private beach area with actual sand, lounge chairs & tables; it was fantastic. Not to mention, there are various water activities. The outdoor shower was convenient & comfortable. It is a very safe & beautiful neighborhood, which is close to everything. Dave & Erica were very helpful with whatever we needed. The home is very well taken care of. You can tell that they take take pride in the property. Crabbing off the dock was a lot of fun for us. The new hot tub was THE BEST!! We were in that jacuzzi every single night. It has various settings, changing colored lights and a little waterfall. We slept like babies after we were in it. The central A/C & ceiling fans worked wonders after hot days in the sun. The penthouse was very clean, it has an arcade, washer/dryer & ice machine, flat screen tv with Netflix & cable. It was comfortable all around. They had everything we needed and more. All you have to bring is yourself. The private property is dog friendly which worked out great, because we took our dog with us on his first vacation. Core memories were made here for us. Exceptional accommodations with such a chill vibe. We WILL be back!!

Unbelievable! Indescribable!

Superb! The hosts,Dave and Erica, are such good people. They were both so kind and helpful and I’m so grateful we found their place. They’ve thought of every detail inside and outside from a hairdryer right down to reusable grocery bags. There’s a Keurig and an assortment of kcups for renters to enjoy and a basket of complimentary snacks along with beverages in the refrigerator. The place is clean and every word written in the description is true. Awesome real arcade game machine which my husband and daughter had a blast playing, the best selection of board games and some nostalgic toys that had me feeling like a kid in a candy store. The Wi-Fi is really good, the water pressure from the shower is top notch and the tile work in the bathroom is beautiful. Granite countertops, nice new waterproof floors, plush carpet in the bedrooms, cozy beds. Everything is included (bedding, towels, beach chairs, sand toys you name it! The view is gorgeous, we admired all the beautiful waterfront properties. The neighborhood was safe and perfect for walking our dogs. The set up in the back in unlike any other! There is a little beach with the softest sand I’ve ever felt, a massive hot tub, lounge chairs, a kayak, paddle boat, inflatables galore. The kids loved it! My husband and daughter were jumping off the dock as soon as we got there. Perfect location! Close to a ton of playgrounds, the boardwalk, shops, restaurants but still far enough away that you don’t hear all the noise. 5 stars!

The Waterfront Views at sunset are beautiful!

We had a wonderful time staying at Dave's property! The Waterfront Views at sunset are beautiful! And the waterfront backyard is like a dream with beautiful swans coming by 2 to 3 times a day. Dave had everything we needed in the apartment and it was nice to have the beach passes! We will definitely book next Aug 2023!
