Welcome to this stunning top floor, pet-friendly Atrium Villa that has just undergone a complete renovation. Enter the villa and see the ocean sparkle from multiple sliding doors as the villa affords outstanding ocean views from all rooms and the large deck.

The Atrium Villas are directly across the street from The Beach Club. Home to two ocean front pools, Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant, and Captain Sam's Grill. Grab an ice cream at the Osprey Cafe or browse through the Seabrook Shoppe. Next door to the Atrium Villas is the Island House. Here you will find the island's two 18-hole Champion golf courses, Pro Shop and restaurants.

Park your car in the covered ground floor garage and take an elevator up two flights to your villa. The villa boasts an open-concept layout, ideal for family gatherings or relaxing with friends. The new kitchen has been completely gutted and redesigned with white cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, and brand-new appliances. Whether you're cooking a gourmet meal or preparing a quick snack, you'll have everything you need, including a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The dining area features a beautiful new dining table and chairs, with seating for six. It's the perfect spot for meals or games with loved ones. Enjoy bright natural light that flows throughout the space, creating a welcoming atmosphere in every corner.

The villa has two large bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. Both bedrooms are generously sized, each with its own private bathroom. The primary bedroom features a new king-size bed with new mattress, a comfortable loveseat that also pulls out into a sofa bed, and a 55-inch TV. Open the sliding doors to let the waves lull you to sleep and enjoy the soft sea breeze. The en-suite bathroom includes new vanity, tile, lighting, toilet and beautiful shower, as well as a separate vanity area. The guest bedroom is equally inviting, with two queen-size beds, a 55-inch TV, and direct access to the balcony's sitting area through sliding doors. The guest bathroom is also beautifully updated with new cabinetry, tile, and fixtures. The villa is equipped with a brand-new stackable LG washer and dryer and can be found behind one of the bedroom closets

This villa is perfectly located. Whether you are looking to enjoy the sandy beaches, relax under the sun at the Beach Club pools, golf on the spectacular courses, or just unwind while listening to the ocean, this home is where you'll want to be. Hop on a bike or a quick car ride takes you back to the top end of the island. Here you will find the Racquet Center with it's 15 Har-Tru courts and pickle ball; the Equestrian Center can arrange trail or beach rides for you; the Lake House has an outdoor pool and play ground plus a fitness center and indoor pool.

This property includes access to Seabrook Island Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

This villa is also dog friendly for up to (1) dog! Additional pet fee will apply.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.
Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply.

THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL
Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Beautiful View!

A wonderful place to connect with family and relax. We loved the view, scenic walks and access to restaurants and a grocery store. Just one suggestion...a better stocked kitchen. We would have appreciated spatulas and food storage containers.
