Esta espaciosa casa adosada de 5 habitaciones, 4 baños y medio se encuentra a pocos pasos de las famosas playas de Sea Isle. Ubicación de South End Townsends Inlet.

Esta unidad cuenta con 3 pisos de lujosa sala de estar, terrazas con vistas, aire acondicionado centralizado, lavadora y secadora privadas, lavaplatos, ducha exterior, estacionamiento para dos o más autos, ¡y mucho más! Llama ahora para reservar tus vacaciones !!!

El nivel del primer piso de la casa cuenta con una gran sala con Wet Bar y medio baño. Hay acceso al patio lateral, al patio trasero y al garaje desde esta área. Hay una ducha al aire libre en la parte trasera de la propiedad para facilitar la limpieza después de un largo día en la playa.

El segundo piso consta de cuatro habitaciones, tres baños y un área de lavandería. Las dos habitaciones frontales son suites con baño privado y tienen acceso a la cubierta delantera. Los dos dormitorios traseros comparten un baño de Jack y Jill.

El piso superior es el área de estar principal con una sala de estar, cocina y comedor de concepto abierto, todo en una gran sala. Hay acceso a una segunda cubierta desde esta área. El dormitorio principal con baño privado y acceso a la cubierta también se encuentra en este piso.

This is a great family vacation spot. There was room for everyone. The house was furnished with plenty of housewares. It was conveniently located to the beach and town.

Complaint was that it needed a deep clean and painting. I’d stay again if floors, rugs and furniture were cleaned and walls painted.

Each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom, and the lower-level den is great for "movie time" and to be able to spread out a little. Only 1 full block to the beach, very doable for the children. The dining table and the dining chairs are bar-stool height - very uncomfortable when sitting for extended periods (i.e. while playing games) and not easy for kids to use - wish this was standard height. Also, The shape of the kitchen island makes it impossible to get around the fridge when the door is opened, creating a "bottleneck" when several people are trying to use the kitchen. Otherwise, a very nice house and we've stayed here 3 years in a row.

Great Home with Small Problems

The layout of the home was perfect for our family. We especially loved all of the bathrooms and the upstairs deck. The shortcomings were mostly due to poor upkeep of appliances and the communication with the property manager. Upon arrival, we received an email from the property manager making us aware that the oven was not working and that a repair man was unable to fix it until Monday. We then told him that we were missing three beach tags and that trash cans were overflowing with garbage in the garage, which also smelled like seafood. He took care of these things, bringing new beach tags and making arrangements for the trash to be taken the next morning. We then discovered that the coffee maker did not work and the dishwasher wouldn't always latch properly causing it to not run. We contacted the property manager again, but he did not reply to these communications. All week, we felt as though the refrigerator and freezer were giving off a fishy smell, but we did not notice until we were leaving that seafood liquid must have spilled behind one of the drawers. The tenants before us did not do a very thorough job cleaning up after themselves, but the property manager must not have checked the property prior to our arrival.

Perfect for our needs

This proper was close to everything and just off beach block. I have a 24 and 21 year old who each got to bring a few friends and everyone enjoyed their stay.
