Die Wohnung entspricht in jeder Hinsicht der Beschreibung. Sie ist großzügi, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Die Nutzung der Sauna (rund 20 Minuten Vorheizzeit, keine weitere Absprache mit dem Vermieter erforderlich, geringe und absolut gerechtfertigte Zusatzkosten) ist ein toller Tagesabschluss.Die Wohnung liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Zippendorfer Strand und einer Straßenbahn-Haltestelle, von der man in ca. 20 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum gelangt.Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war freundlich und effizient.Ich empfehle diese Wohnung ... in der Hoffnung, dass sie bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt nicht schon ausgebucht ist .
