Cozy apartment ideal for families with children
Our holiday home Bergwelt-M is a 300 year old farm with a farmhouse, barn and stable (which is no longer used) in Schröcken am Arlberg in a quiet location with a view of the mountains. In the farmhouse you will find several renovated and very well equipped apartments and 3 double rooms that share a common kitchen with a large lounge (if you are interested, please contact us). In the barn, luxurious and fully equipped caravans with carefree sanitary comfort will soon be available under the motto "barn camping".
The apartment is equipped as follows:
1 bedroom with double bed and flat screen TV, open shower and wash area
- 1 bedroom with double bed, flat-screen TV and pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 people (bed surface 1.40 m wide)
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds, flat screen TV and sofa bed (lying area 1.20m wide, due to the width we recommend this for either 1 adult or 2 children)
- 1 kitchen with sitting area, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate toilet
- ceiling height: 197-206cm
There is free WiFi available, as well as bed linen, towels and a starter set of Nespresso capsules for a good start to your vacation. The kitchens are fully equipped with detergent, sink tabs, bags, tea towels, kitchen towels, etc. Everything you need for everyday life is on site.
There is an additional guest tax, which must be paid in cash or in advance by bank transfer:
Adults 2.80 euros / person / night
Children from 3 to 13 years: 0.60 euros / person / night

"Kurzurlaub" (über das Wochenende)
Wir - meine Eltern, meine Schwester mit Mann sowie meine Frau und ich mit Hund - waren für ein Wochenende in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Gerd empfangen worden. Gerd betreut das Objekt vor Ort und ist der erste Ansprechpartner für Anliegen aller Art.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Pfannen, Töpfe, die Einrichtung allgemein) und - und darauf legen wir großen Wert - hat sehr gute Matratzen.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Sehr saubere Wohnung.
Hat keine wünsche offen gelassen. Es war alles vor Ort was man gebraucht hat z.B. Töpfe Klopapier Handtücher Kaffee usw..... . Sehr gute Kommunikation und Hilfe mit der Vermieterin.
Preis Leistung ist mehr wie super 👍
