We loved this place for the all around comfort from the gathering areas to the rooms with all the special touch’s. The staff was great too!

Everything was excellent. The room surprisingly was a disabled persons room. Really bad view. Yet they were kind at repeption ans were kind to give me a free parking. Much appreciation. Overall excellent.

Good easy check in. A bit of a maze as the hotel is made of several older buildings joined together. Daily service was hit or miss. Good one day, below average on another. Pretty convenient to Interlaken OST (7 min walk). Breakfast is average (needs a little more variety)
