our holiday apartment on the Schluchsee, with a wonderful panoramic view in a wonderfully picturesque landscape, takes you to the largest idyllic lake in the Black Forest and offers you the opportunity to unwind your soul relaxed from the stress of everyday life. 

It is only a short walk to the lake or to the place. Our well maintained apartment is furnished for 2 persons and is located in the attic of an apartment building with 49 inch TV, free Wi-Fi, SKY complete package incl. Bundesliga u. Champions League, large windows and beautiful roof terrace.

Ein zauberhaftes Kleinod

Die Wohnung ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist wundervoll ruhig und trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten in der Ortsmitte. Unser persönliches Highlight war der nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtete mit Seitenschrägen geschützte Balkon mit Blick in den Ort bis zum See, unterhalb plätschert beruhigend ein Bach, eine Wohlfühloase, die wir sehr gerne genossen haben. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben darf, der sehr sympathische und immer wieder informative Kontakt zum Eigentümer, Herrn Eichinger, der zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar war. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Kleinod sehr genossen und könnten die FeWo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist zu 100% zu empfehlen. Der Schluchsee und seine Umgebung sind immer eine Reise wert. Bei Problemen ist der Vermieter jederzeit zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ruhigen Ort Schluchsee, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Zudem sind viele Wanderwege fußläufig zu beginnen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten des Schwarzwaldes gut zu erreichen ob mit dem Auto oder der Bahn. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat einen großen Balkon, was uns überzeugt hat. Einen Bäcker gibt es ebenfalls fußläufig sowie einige Restaurants, wenn man nicht selbst kochen möchte. Falls doch, ist dafür in der Wohnung ebenfalls alles vorhanden.

El departamento está correctamente reflejado en las fotos del anuncio. Es amplio, con todo lo necesario para una gran estadía. El parking es muy cómodo, amplio. El departamento tiene hermosas vistas, y está cerca de cualquier punto destacable de la selva negra. El anfitrión ha sido de muchísima ayuda evacuando dudas diversas sobre nuestra estadía en la selva negra, y de una gran amabilidad. Recomiendo el departamento ampliamente.

Es liegt etwas abseits des Ortes in sehr ruhiger Umgebung.

Unser Aufenthalt war schön. Haben die Dachterrasse genossen , und der Weg zum Bäcker morgens ist nicht weit.

Klein aber fein!

Wir fanden eine in ruhiger Lage gelegene schöne und saubere Wohnung vor. Der Empfang durch den Nachbar, von dem wir den Schlüssel bekamen, war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Wir können dieses Urlaubsdomizil nur empfehlen!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung und toller Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines ruhigen "Mehrwohnungenhauses". Der Hausmeister und "Schlüsselübergeber" wohnt im selben Haus, was die Schlüsselübergabe sehr praktisch macht. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Das Vorhandensein von Bettwäsche und Handtücher war nicht klar geregelt. Wir gingen davon aus, dass das mit inbegriffen ist. Der Hausmeister meinte, das müsse man selbst mitbringen. Wir haben dann alles mitgebracht außer dem Spannbetttuch, von dem klar war, dass es vorhanden ist. Im Schrank hätten sich aber Bettwäsche und Handtücher gefunden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Im nahegelegenen Örtchen gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und die Möglichkeit Weckchen zum Frühstück zu holen. Wer morgens gerne an die frische Luft geht, kann dies zu Fuß tun. Der Bahnhof liegt auch gleich unten am See und man ist in einer Stunde mit der Konuskarte kostenlos in Freiburg zum Shoppen. Auch ein Tagesausflug an den Titisee und ein Mittagessen im Klösterle in Neustadt waren mit Bus und Bahn toll zu machen. Wandertouren gibt es auch einige. Wir haben den Jägersteig gemacht, der gegenüber einem großen Edeka startet, der am Ende des Sees liegt. Auch die Tour um den Schluchsee war sehr schön. Ohne viel Vesper einzupacken, gelingt es immer Einkehrmöglichkeiten für Mittagessen und Kaffee zu finden. Unser essensmäßiger Favorit war eindeutig das Restaurant Seehof im Ort. Selten so lecker gegessen und so persönlich bedient worden. Sehr zu empfehlen das Vanilleeis mit Kürbiskernöl. Als Wanderung bot sich auch ein Ausflug zur Brauerei Rothaus an. Wer nicht gerne wandert, kann dort auch mit einem Zügle hingefahren werden, das in der Nähe des Bahnhofes startet. Auch E-Bikes können dort gemietet werden. Eine Tretbootfahrt mit "Schwimmeinlage" durfte auch nicht fehlen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Wohnung mit einem gemütlichen Bett und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. In der Küche war auch alles und ausreichend vorhanden. Das Bad war ebenfalls perfekt ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Tanja Fendl

schöner Urlaub

wir haben eine super schöne Wohnung vorgefunden. Modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Dachterasse mit Markise ist toll. Das ganze in ruhiger sehr gepflegter Umgebung. Zum See ist es nicht weit Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett. Der Nachbar ( Schlüsselübergabe) war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich Es war alles rundum gut. Darum 5 Sterne Mit der Empfehlung für diese Wohnung grüßt sie W. Nehrig
