Toller netter Service bzgl. defektem Rollo, Schlüsselrückgabe und nach Abreise vergessener pers. Handy–Ladekabel. Auch im Büro Haffkrug wegen Parkmöglichkeit bzgl. Restaurantbesuch Oceans. Man kümmert sich um die Belange der Gäste. Über Ostseeappartements Heike Wongel haben wir bisher 3 verschiedene Unterkünfte gebucht und waren immer zufrieden. Alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Keine offenen Wünsche.

Wir buchen sehr gerne über Ostsee Appartements. Der Service während der Buchung, vor allem der freundliche Service vor Ort...alles passt! Der Berliner Hof ist eine wunderbare Adresse, der Meerblick ist unbezahlbar, Bäcker und Gastronomie gleich nebenan...mehr braucht man nicht. Nach der Renovierung ist es ein schmuckes Appartement geworden...aus der Miniküche eine tolle offene Küche, komplett eingerichtet. Der Eingangsbereich ist auch offener gestaltet... es hat uns wirklich sehr beeindruckt! Wir haben uns auch vorher immer wohl gefühlt ...auch mit der Miniküche (es passte immer nur 1 Person rein zum arbeiten :-))) Das Bad ist zwar sehr klein, aber tiptop sauber...irgendwie ein paar Haken an der Wand und ein Körbchen in der Dusche für das Duschgel wäre schön (aber das ist jetzt "meckern auf hohem Niveau").

Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und wie immer war auch der Empfang durch ihr Team sehr herzlich. Ein herzliches Dankeschön! Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Die Betten und auch die Schlafcouch sind sehr bequem und selbst für sehr große Menschen geeignet. Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Sehr sauber!

Die Wohnung war für das Geld nicht gut . Hatten extra Hochparterre gebucht und hatten 21 Stufen bis zur Wohnung ! Das schöne an der Wohnung war der Balkon mit der Aussicht ! Das Team in Scharbeutz sollte besser Auskunft geben können . Es gibt in der Wohnung z.B. WLAN und auch im Keller Waschmaschinen u d Trockner!! Mussten wir alles selbst herausfinden !! Und noch mehr . Lampen teilweise defekt , Fenster uralt usw . Nicht empfehlenswert . Wir kommen garantiert nicht wieder .
