You can already feel the anticipation of a wonderful holiday as you drive the last kilometre along the well-maintained gravel road to your house, which is located in a beautiful forest. The spacious country house offers space for a holiday with the whole family and welcomes you with a cosy and authentic interior. From the balconies you have a wonderful panoramic view and on the terrace you can enjoy the wonderful Tuscan weather all day long. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or round off the day with a glass of local wine.



In the garden you will find plenty of space and comfortable garden furniture to relax on. 800 metres from the house are the two pools in the residential area, where you can cool off. The property is part of a private neighbourhood with pools and communal areas equipped for sunbathing and relaxing.



Historic Grosseto is just under 45 minutes away. Here you will find fortifications built by the Medici in the 16th century. You can also visit a medieval cathedral and churches here. The city is perfect for an interesting day trip.

Falsche Versprechungen

Das erste Bild im Inserat ist ein wunderschöner Pool, den man sieht. Das Hauptkriterium Pool im Garten war aber leider ein leeres Versprechen. Der Pool war 800m entfernt und nur erreichbar auf einer unebenen und sehr steilen Strasse. Auch der Carport und Whirlpool waren nur Wunschdenken. Wir fühlen uns hintergangen und dies bei einem so hohen Preis. Leider warten wir noch immer auf eine Antwort von Fewo-direkt oder Novasol.
