Villas del Corazon - 10 bedroom private villa

An amazing property consisting of a 6-bedroom home and 4 separate apartments below. Great for weddings, family reunions, retreats, etc. Three levels of open outdoor terraces include a beautiful swimming pool and plenty of space to relax and enjoy.

On the main level, the master bedroom has a king-size bed and is connected to a smaller bedroom with a queen-size bed through the large master bathroom. There is another 1/2 bathroom out by the kitchen/living/dining area. Upstairs on the second level, there are two private bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. One has a king-size bed, and one has a queen-size bed. On the third level there are two more king bedrooms with ensuite baths. The four bedrooms on the main and second levels each have a full-size futon bed as well. There are 4 separate apartments below on the ground level. One large apartment with two queen-size beds, 3/4 kitchen, bathroom, dining/living area. And three small apartments, each with a queen-size bed, bathroom, small fridge, and microwave. These are available to rent separately, or along with Villa Iguana for large groups, weddings, retreats, etc. This listing is for the entire 10 bedroom villa. Villa Iguana, just the main 6 bedroom house has it's own separate listing here as well.

Beautiful private swimming pool on the very spacious main level terrace. Two more levels of open terrace space above. Great views and ocean breezes.
