Bienvenidos! Bienvenido a Casa Kelmar, una de las casas de vacaciones de lujo más nuevas de Sayulita. Una sorpresa está esperando justo detrás de las hermosas puertas de madera. Encontrará un césped cubierto de hierba y una piscina infinita de agua salada. La casa está más allá con puertas correderas que se pueden abrir para dejar entrar el aire libre. Detrás de la casa hay un exuberante jardín tropical con árboles frutales y un horno de leña para pizzas, un lugar perfecto para relajarse.

Con una ubicación ideal en el tranquilo North End de Sayulita, Casa Kelmar se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la playa ya 7 minutos a pie de la Plaza Central. Varios restaurantes y tiendas se encuentran a pocos minutos a pie. No hay colinas para subir. Hay un garaje seguro con área de estacionamiento para un automóvil pequeño o un carrito de golf.

Hay asientos en el interior para 10 en el comedor adjunto. También en el primer piso hay una gran sala familiar con un sofá seccional de gran tamaño y un gran televisor de pantalla plana, un lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un largo día en la playa. Todo el primer piso tiene puertas corredizas de vidrio que se pueden abrir y ocultar para sentir que toda la casa está abierta al exterior.

La casa tiene cuatro habitaciones. Hay dos Master Suites con camas King size, baños adjuntos, duchas de gran tamaño y vestidores grandes. Una de las suites principales también tiene un gran sofá cama. También hay un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un dormitorio con una cama queen size. Estas 2 habitaciones comparten un baño de jardín al aire libre con bañera y ducha tipo lluvia. Hay hermosas vistas de la jungla y el océano y el atardecer desde los patios superiores.

The house is perfection - close enough to town that you can walk but apart from all the noise. The house itself is beautiful and has very thoughtful details including beers in the fridge when you arrive, new shampoos/conditioners, and 2 high chairs and a pack n play. Really the best of Sayulita in a house

The property manager Ernesto was super helpful and communicative during our stay. The house itself is gorgeous. In a quieter part of town and still only a 7-10 min walk to town. Cute places nearby - we loved the restaurant Chaman that is right nextdoor. The bedrooms are comfortable- the AC is wonderful! We hosted a catered family dinner our last night for 17 people and there was plenty of room. We would definitely come back!

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Kelmar! The house is spacious and well cared for, the pool was perfect for kids, and the location is a short walk to the action in town! We had the friendliest house keeper and an added bonus was we were able to use the washer and dryer which came in handy travelling with kids/ babies. Would absolutely stay here again!

The house is more impressive in person! Beautifully spacious and airy and so comfortable. You can walk to everything. The kids loved it, so many friendly locals. Will definitely be back!

The BEST!!!

We stayed for a week at Casa Kelmar with our college aged kids for Spring Break. The house was spectacular, exceeded our expectations with so much space for everyone and a fabulous pool all to ourselves. Easy walk to the beach and to the plaza for shopping, dining, and night life. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous stay

Ideal place to stay. Everything is clean and well kept. Close to town and the beach. Lots of room and comforts. Caretaker and owner very responsive. Definitely a great place to stay.

Our group spanned ages 4 - 66 and every one of us gave 2 thumbs up! Walking distance to beach, town, great restaurants. The pool was a huge plus for the kids too.

The house was perfect for a family of five. The proximity of the house on the north side of town couldn’t have been better. Sayulita, Nayarit is the perfect get away.

The best and something for everyone

We will be back. The location of Casa Kelmar was terrific. Walk to beach, town and jungle hiking. The pool was a great activity for days we wanted quiet relaxing time and steps out the door is the lively activities of Sayulita. The staff and property managers were helpful and always available for requests and questions. We especially appreciated Claudia who diligently kept the house clean and was kind and hard working. We will be back soon!

We had an amazing stay here. 10/10. We were a group of friends celebrating birthdays and it couldn’t have been a more accommodating property. Plenty of space, patios, shared and private. Short walk to town and the beach is less than 5 minutes away.

The place is perfect for big families. We had a family of five plus two grandmothers and had plenty of room. Also, location - location - location! Just far enough to be quite but short walk to stores and restaurants.

Great property for young families

Outstanding property that was perfect for a few families with infants. Location is great )one block from the beach) that allowed for easy back/forth. Pool and loving area are very nice and perfect for hanging out. Kelly and Ernesto were both extremely quick to respond to any questions or needs the group had. Will book again next time we head to Sayulita!

Great house in a great location for a family trip

We loved our stay at Casa Kelmar. The house was perfects for our two families and the location could not be beat. It was a quick walk to the beach and a short walk into town. Plus there was a fun restaurant a few doors down (with 2 for 1 margarita happy hour) and a hotel with a great coffee shop right next door. We loved the experience of exploring town or going to the beach and then coming back to our private pool to relax (probably the kids favorite part of the trip!). I really recommend this house if you're heading down to Sayulita.

Extended family fiesta.

Casa Kelmar was the perfect villa for our family getaway. Loved the tasteful Mexican tiles and colors. The first floor with open kitchen and living area opening to the outdoor terrace and pool for Al fresco dining and hanging out. We all loved the pool and used it multiple times a day! Bedrooms were comfortable and private each its own terrace. Villas’s location was ideal. Literally a five minute walk to peaceful beach. The town was an easy walk with so many restaurants. and shops to explore.

Gorgeous, well maintained and soooo convenient!

Casa Kelmar was just perfect for our family of 5 adults, one almost 3 year old. So easy to get around town and to the beach. The house is gorgeous, Ernesto, the manager was very responsive. Claudia, the daily housekeeper was fun to have around and did a great job of keeping the house sparkling. We had 2 wonderful meals prepared by the wonderful in home chef (I want her recipes!). Very easy and fun place to stay!

Great place....Great location!!

This property is everything described in VRBO and more! Our airport pickup arranged by the owner was on time and delivered us promptly to the residence. The house was incredible....from the saltwater infinity-edge pool that you first see when you enter the lower gate to the spacious living room, kitchen and bedrooms within the residence. Our family had a blast surfing, hanging at the beach and riding ATV's. The golf cart that was provided with the home provided easy access to the local restaurants and was essential in running errands into town. Ernesto helped with booking shuttles to the airport and also provided suggestions on the best local restaurants to eat. A fantastic home, with great amenities! We absolutely be returning to the house in spring! Thanks for a great stay, we fell in love with Sayulita and Casa Kelmar!

Beautiful and spacious house close to town

I went with a group of 8 people and we absolutely loved the property. It’s close enough to walk to town and far enough to enjoy peace and quiet at the house. The house itself is gorgeous with brightly colored walls and traditional Mexican decor. It was super spacious and everyone had more than enough room to relax. We were celebrating a birthday so we wanted to make the most of the property by booking a private dinner to be made at the house that I had read about in some other reviews. However there was a miscommunication with the house manager so she ended up showing up the day before we had scheduled which was sad because she had all the food to prepare but we had other plans for that night and had to ask her to come back the next day which is what we had originally scheduled. There were also a couple other hiccups in communication with the house manager that didn’t make or break the trip but everything would have been flawless if the communication had been smoother. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
