Digital Nomad's Dream in Paradise I
New listing on Vrbo. Premier Host and Super Host. 5 Star reviews.
5-Star Review from a recent guest:
This place is such a gem! I’ve been coming to Sayulita for 3 years and this is my fav place for sure and I’ll def be coming back here next time. The place is in a great location to be close to all the action but still get quiet at night. The outdoor space is great and having my morning coffee overlooking the ocean and being nestled in the trees hearing the birds and seeing the iguana is something I miss already.
Wifi is also very strong. My partner and I are digital nomads and worked from home and never had connection issues.
Outside of the place being great, the host is great. I felt like family immediately, was completely taken care of and if I had any questions about anything I knew I could reach out. Fantastic hosts and wonderful spot. Would highly recommend

Loved it!
We loved everything about our stay. Beach and town were a 10 minute walk at the most. We cooked fresh fish one night, and the kitchen was well appointed. Cesar, our property manager, was great!

Clean 2 bedroom unit
Very basic 2 bedroom unit. The balcony is very small so not that useful and did not have a view from it. The upstairs patio area did not look like it had been used for a very long time. The deck chairs were dusty and unkept and we did not see anyone doing any yoga there as shown in the photos. The unit was clean and the property manager was very responsive when there was a problem with the plumbing. If you are looking for a clean 2 bedroom apartment close to the center then it is fine.

Short Walk to The Fun
The remodeled studio is very comfy and well air conditioned, clean, and plenty spacious. Cesar, the property manager, was helpful an a friendly. If you have any major disabilities or struggle with balance or mobility you must must must rent a Golf Cart to get around. The home is positioned atop a steep hill and although we walked up and down daily our legs were all burning by day 2. Be sure to get a thorough walk through on the property because there are different access points to get up to the home that we were not aware of until day 4.
The pictures listed online dont show the home's true position and views from the deck roof. I was convinced the property had better views to enjoy from the online photos. There is beauty within a short walk but the home isnt nestled in a very pretty area, i.e. trash piles, dog poo on the walkways, dogs and chickens running around at all hours.

Great views, close to everything
We enjoyed our stay here. Ok view from our tiny balcony but great view and privacy from the roof to patio. Best coffee at Don Pablo’s just down the lane. Close to all the shops and the beach. Not the best noise barrier from the suite upstairs.
I would stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Best value in Sayulita
I stayed here and had to come back. If AC, Internet, location, water pressure, bed comfort, and clean water (and overall cleanliness), amongst many other perks that I'm forgetting (full kitchen, terrace with a view - I can keep going) are important to you, then this is your spot!
Huge shout out to Kevin and Cesar for making my stay extremely rememberable and I cannot wait to come back one day.

Impeccable.
I came as a tenant and left with life-long friends. This is a gem and if anyone is thinking about coming to Sayulita - start here, I promise. The unit I stayed in was very clean, it had a massive amount of clean water (5 gallons) on board, the internet is on another level (I stretch and do calisthenics on the rooftop and I still get over 100mbps wireless). The beds are the most comfortable in Sayulita (4th time visiting) and at the end of the day - you cannot get a bigger bang for your buck!
You can walk to the best breakfast burrito AND SLICE OF PIZZA in town. I can go on for days about this stay, do it - treat yourself.
PS: I cannot pound the table on how Cesar helped me out thus far and still; angel on my shoulder and village of Sayulita. This man has a heart of gold and if you get the opportunity to meet him - you will know what I mean. This is the biggest perk of staying here.

Perfect stay! You must check out Sayulita.
What a wonderful experience right from booking. Kevin connected me with Cesar, our host and concierge for my stay, who helped us pre-plan the trip and arranged transportation (both airport and a golf cart while in town!).
As I was working during my stay, wifi was crucial. The speed and reliability of the Internet were great.
The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the beach and town, yet far enough away from the town noise providing for a good night's sleep and work environment.
We will definitely be back.
Thank you Kevin and Jen!

Everything was 5 star!
Exceeded Expectations
We had an amazing stay at Casa Azul Loco. The accommodation was excellent and as represented in the photos. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great (and hot), the kitchen was a plus (although we ate out most meals) and the rooftop deck was amazing. Washer/dryer was an added bonus.
No issues with the internet and handled my zoom calls without problem.
Looking forward to our next stay!

Ideal visit to Sayulita
Property was clean, well appointed and move in ready for our visit. Close to the Main Street and beaches. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in the area.
