The Vonu Hut (named after the Fijian word for turtle) is nestled in our lush garden setting, offering a cozy, private retreat with a limited ocean view. Like a turtle in its shell, this charming cottage provides comfort, simplicity, and relaxation – all just a short 100m (330 ft) walk down a manicured path to the beach.
While Vonu Hut doesn't have full ocean views, it shares all the same great amenities as our other cottages – including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, stylish furnishings, and thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. It’s the perfect choice for travelers who want to enjoy the full Sigasiga Sands experience at a lower rate.
The property boasts over 300m (1,000 ft) of pristine beachfront on a 116-acre coconut plantation estate, complete with lily ponds, walking paths, and tropical gardens. At low tide, a 15-minute stroll leads you to a vibrant snorkeling lagoon, while our calm, sandy swimming lagoon is just 5 minutes away.
Enjoy Savusavu’s best beach, featuring shaded lounges, outdoor showers, a comfort room, and fresh spring drinking water. Come unwind and experience the laid-back Fijian lifestyle – Vonu Hut is waiting for you.
