Welcome to your Wilmington Island getaway! This upstairs condo unit features an updated kitchen, inviting living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room—ideal for families and friends. Enjoy the shared deck, backyard pool, and spacious porches for relaxation and fun. We are pet-friendly for an additional fee! Plus, the historic district of downtown Savannah is just a 10-minute drive away. To ensure transparency, we’ve included both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect!

The Space:
Our above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. Inquire if you have questions.

Welcome to our tranquil retreat! Upon arrival, you'll ascend 15 stairs leading to our charming porch and front door. Step inside and be greeted by the inviting living room, featuring an oversized leather couch, love seat, and chair. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your favorite shows on the 50" flat screen TV equipped with Roku.

Adjacent to the living room, a door grants access to one of our delightful decks, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. To the left, you'll discover the master bedroom boasting a king-size bed, nightstands with bedside lamps, a small bench, a comfortable chair, and a 6-drawer dresser. The en-suite bathroom offers an updated shower/tub combo, as well as a sink and toilet.

Connecting seamlessly to the living area, an open concept dining room allows for effortless entertaining. Our spacious dining table features two benches and chairs, comfortably accommodating 6-8 guests. Additionally, a full bathroom is conveniently located nearby.

To the immediate left, you'll find a fully stocked and updated kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials for preparing a home-cooked meal. Behind the closet doors, a washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

The unit also offers two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a cozy full-size bed. Rest assured, comfort awaits you here. When not enjoying time inside, relax by the pool outside!

If you prefer immersing yourself in nature, Tybee Island is a short 10.6-mile drive away, where sun, sand, and seaside bliss await. Don't miss the opportunity to explore the enchanting Bonaventure Cemetery, located just 7.4 miles away. Its beauty, rich history, and majestic trees adorned with Spanish moss are sure to captivate you.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the entire A unit, however, the pool area will be shared with any guests staying in the downstairs unit. A unit guests have room for two cars in the driveway, garage access if for B unit guests. There is limited street parking, so please only plan on bringing two cars.

Should you prefer not to drive, reliable options such as Uber and Lyft are readily available, offering a convenient alternative for your transportation needs.

As our valued guests, we want you to know that parking is limited. The shared driveway provides parking for one car from Unit A and one car from Unit B. Please note: street parking is limited! We kindly request that you plan accordingly and do not bring more than two cars.

With your preferred method of transportation at your disposal, you'll have the freedom to discover the nearby treasures of our area with ease. Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

The backyard is a shared space with any guests staying in the other unit. We do require a signed rental agreement and $50 pet fee per pet. No parties. No smoking.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
