This rental was great - and in a great location too! There was quite a bit of noise from the unit above this one and also from the street, but no fault to the host. Everything was great. Highly recommend!

Great location, nice high ceilings, clean, light, and bright! Check in and check out instructions were detailed and helpful as was the communication before and during our stay. Could have benefitted from a microwave due to our inevitable leftovers thanks to the many excellent restaurants around. Also another bar of soap would have been good, only had the one tiny bar of soap of the bath and shower - fortunately we had another so wasn't an issue for us but might be problematic for others. Those are two very minor things - all in all perfect and looking forward to being able to come back again some day! ...oh, one other thing we had to figure out was how to lock the building door upon exiting, didn't see that in any instructions and someone else in the building kept leaving it unlocked but we were able to figure that out in just a second before the helpimful property manager text folks on duty responded to our question...which they did right away also ;)

Cozy with charm!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The place itself was tidy, clean, and with character. It was downtown across from a cemetery. I was able to cook and wash laundry which was helpful. It's walking distance to restaurants and the river front. I only have 2 complaints: -Access to pool: it was 30 minutes away, not on the property. -The building is old and smelled like mold.Beware: you do have to pay for parking everywhere!!!

Very nice apartment and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Apartment is small but good size for just 1 or 2 people. Fridge is small and on the floor so don't bring too much. Conveniently located. Walking distance to so many places and also at corner stop 14 for the trolley which we used. Was great to hop on and off by the apartment. I recommend the trolley. Only issue we had was parking. Didn't realize you have to pay every day and depending on your stay move your car for street cleaning. If not you will be fined (luckily I stayed on top of it and that did not happen). All in all it was a great trip and plan to do it again in the future.

Had an issue but…

Our AC went out during our stay. Someone was at our door within an hour to bring us floor fans, and the issue was fixed next day. It was a great location. We enjoyed our stay.

Short get away

We had never been to Savannah and have never stayed in the city but thought this would be nice and it was loved walking through all the different blocks and seeing the churches.The horse and buggy ride was very enjoyable I love the history and all the old buildings.the shopping was great also.

Great location!

Loved every minute. Bed comfy, living and kitchen area user friendly. Location was perfect for many walks to historic places. Enjoyed the ambience. The cleanliness was great in our unit, could use a good vacuum cleaning on stairs and in hallways to unit. Is next door to a fire station and on a major street. Surprisingly the nouse level in the unit was minimal. Slept great!

Perfect in every way.

This property surpassed all expectations. We were nervous about street parking at pay for park spaces if we would find one close by. . But it all worked out perfect able to park right in front then went to Bryan st parking to get visitors discount parking pass which saved$$. The view of old colonial cemetery outside the large windows while eating or having tea was a big plus. We could leave our car parked and walk everywhere and a trolly stop was right across the street. This place is perfect in every way, and only 30 minute drive to Tybee island. Thanks for letting us enjoy this place I will be recommending to friends.
