Perfectly located between Historic Downtown Savannah and Tybee Island, you’ll enjoy easy access to both city charm and beach days. With a fully fenced yard, a brand new high end hot tub that seats 7, a fire pit, a 4 hole putting green, and a private carriage house suite, this home is ideal for families, groups, and multi-generational stays.

This large Savannah home offers comfort, privacy, and room to spread out:

NOTE: This 5 bedroom home is designed to comfortably sleep 12. However, we will accommodate a maximum of 14 guests if needed (at an extra charge of $50/guest/night). Please be up front about your number of guests so we can prepare properly for you to have a comfortable stay.

NOTE: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and loud parties are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and must be respected at all times. Please do not book this property if you intend to be loud or host a party.

NOTE: We do have 2 noise monitoring devices and several outdoor cameras only monitoring the entry areas for added security.

Excellent, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. I wish we could have spent more time! The hot tub is an excellent addition and my favorite part. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with all the essentials and then some to make you feel welcome. I'm really quite impressed and appreciate the hospitality!
