This modern, ground level, apartment is located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District, only steps away from Savannah's Famed Forsyth Park. This is the perfect getaway if you are looking for a modern getaway, either for an extended or short stay!

The garden apartment is on the ground level of this three-story town home and is accessed by from the street. Each square inch is carefully curated with the modern conveniences, and upgraded finishes. Entering into the living room, you'll find a large smart television, along with a comfortable sofa with queen size pull-out. Open to the living space, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to prepare home cooked meals.

The bedroom with Queen size bed is tucked away towards the back of the home, drowning out the sounds of the city for a restful night's sleep. The full bath with tub/shower combo is in the hall - easily shared by both set of guests on opposite ends of the apartment.

This was the perfect place to stay in Savannah. It's so close to Forsyth park and everything else. So walkable. Very safe area. Loved the little cat park across the street! Beautiful large kitchen, comfortable bed, every amenity that we needed was provided. If I ever go to Savannah again I would stay here!
