This is a very nice clean property. Loved the access to anywhere in Savannah. We really enjoyed the front porch seating for mornings and after a busy days of exploring. Would definitely recommend this location and we hope to someday come back and rent again. Do much to see and do. Hosts respond timely. Thank you!!

Historic home

The house was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable, the living area was beautifully decorated, and everything was in place to have a good time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the caretakers always a phone call away, which was a pleasure. There is a coffee pot, and they left one pack of coffee for two days so it is a good idea to bring coffee and milk with you if you are a coffee drinker. This is an historic home on a busy street. That makes it convenient, but a bit noisy at night. There are two floors, and we had the bottom floor--so there may be noise from the upstairs. The only real concern was two step-down/step-up rooms, so we needed to be careful not to fall. We did have a good time in Savannah.

Perfect set-up and location for weekend with my daughters and infant grandbaby. Did not have to deal with steps and back entrance was perfect for storing stroller and other baby items. We were able to "stroll" to meals, shopping, ice cream, the river and the parks.

This property has 2 en-suite bedrooms which was perfect for us. Pets were allowed so we could take our 13 year old Yorkie that goes everywhere with us. The location was prime and we were able to walk most places as parking in Savannah is a nightmare. The host was very prompt to any texts.

Fall Weekend Trip

The property location was fantastic and the neighborhood was great. The property itself was a great size and in good shape and check in and out was very smooth. Only reason to subtract anything from the ratings was the AC went out the last afternoon/evening we were there and the property manager didn’t respond to our message. However, It was late in the afternoon and didn’t adversely affect our stay at all. I suspect it would have been able to be dealt with but we were checking out the next morning so weren’t around to see if the issue persisted.

Perfect Location

Fantastic place! fully equipped, it even has everything you need if you want to go to the beach. Clean, spacious, and beautiful. The location was fantastic for a family. We could sleep at night with no noise, it is a beautiful residential area. We could also go out, walk for a few minutes and have fun in the main areas of Savannah.

Amazing bungalow

This home has it all! Great location, parking, charm, and functionality. It is even better in person than the photos. Each room has an en suite bathroom and the back door near the parking spot leads into a mud room with a full size washer and dryer. An awesome coffee & burrito shop is right across the street. We ate there every day. Everything else is just steps away on Broughton or to river street. We look forward to staying here next time we visit Savannah!

Fabulous Location on Broughton!!

When I booked this property, I was looking for something that had restaurants and shops nearby. I knew River Street was close, so this would work. I had NO idea all that would be available just blocks from the rental! There are TONS of shops and restaurants right on Broughton! It is a busy street, and you can hear cars and noise, but the location is awesome! The walls are thin since it's an older home, so keep this in mind. It's a duplex, so you can also hear noise from people walking around upstairs and running water, flushing toilets, etc. It isn't awful as long as it's normal living noises. The unit is bright, nicely decorated, and clean. The kitchen has what is needed, including all the fixings for coffee. That was a nice touch! The beds are ok. The queen bed has almost no support, but the room and bathroom are nice. The king bed is VERY firm. It's a memory foam mattress. The bathroom is nice, but you have to search for the outlet. It's behind the vanity. Be advised that the app from the management group Lucky Savannah is not available for Android phones. After much confusion and emails, it was finally mentioned. There also is no "Access My Rental" tab in the app, and that is where the access code is supposed to be. The video for the app is outdated and is of no help whatsoever. After several emails about this the code was finally emailed to me. For a large manangement service, I did not expect this to be such an issue. I would stay here again!
