Also a short and pleasant bike ride to both charming downtowns of Mill Valley or Sausalito (and the Sausalito Ferry terminal), The very best of the houseboat experience, with modern amenities, a recently updated kitchen, and both bathrooms featuring Toto toilets. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets await you from two spacious decks.

Fun fact: Issaquah is one of nine docks famous for their artistic and bohemian roots and stunning views, it is also the home of Jennifer Gardner's character in the 2023 thriller "The Last Thing He Told Me" (Check it out on Apple +).

A wonderful floating home in an amazing community. Close to hiking, downtown Sausalito and easy to get to San Francisco. We will miss the amazing views, sunrises and sunsets. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Would highly recommend!
