Great place to rest and relax

Michigan Mod was a convenient place for us to stay over the weekend for our daughter's wedding at Ivy House!

Michigan Mod perfection

This was our first time staying at an Art Coastal property and will not be out last! This was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at. Not only was the location perfect, secluded yet close enough to town, the luxury touches were over and beyond. You can tell that Art Coastal Properties want their guests to have an unforgettable stay and they nailed it in every detail! We will be back 😊

Wedding Stay

Stayed here for my wedding. It was a great location and easy access. They did let me check in easy which was much appreciated. Only change I would suggest is don’t do the creepy Halloween decorations. I almost called to get them removed. Not everyone wants a 7ft witch in their house.

Girls weekend

We absolutely loved the property and the little coffee nook was the best and so was the patio. Not a far walk to all the action.

We had a wonderful stay at Michigan Mod. The house was beautiful and extremely clean! We enjoyed the numerous windows providing natural light in the home, and the short walk to downtown Saugatuck. We will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit to Saugatuck!

Restful getaway

This is a beautiful new, clean, fresh, comfortable property to stay for time away. We loved the sunshine throughout the home. Nice option for privacy blinds in the main room. Very functional kitchen with a cool coffee and tea set up. This was a weekend of restful sleep! Super comfortable. Spacious bathroom. It was very cold so we opted to drive into town, but this is easily walkable. Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

Sparkly and new

This quiet little flat was located about a half mile from downtown Saugatuck. It is tucked away on a quiet street and was a great little 2-night getaway for my husband and I. Beautifully decorated and modern! Great if you don’t want to be right in the middle of the action but close enough if you don’t mind a walk or short drive. It sits on top of a garage and with the views of the trees almost felt like a luxury tree house. Great spot!

The perfect fit

Michigan Mod was just what we were looking for after another rental didn't go well out of state. Immaculately clean, well-appointed, perfectly located, and in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor shower with warm water to rinse sand after the beach was a lovely detail. The coffee bar did not disappoint. So happy it wasn't plastic K-cups. Blech. Though on the small side, the space was wonderfully well organized. The only things we can think of that might have made it better would be a slightly larger dining room table with more comfortable chairs, or maybe an armchair to sit by the sofa together. We sat together on the balcony, but didn't feel there was a place indoors to comfortably hang out. A couple of things to share that aren't part of the review - - bummed that the shade above the bed doesn't close with the remote - two screens fell out repeatedly, one above the sink (right side) and one at top of stairs (right side). Windows were closed, so there wasn't a breeze to blow them out - they just would tip forward at the top and rest against the blinds. Thanks for a great weekend - EGH
