The house is located directly on Dwasiedener forest in Sassnitz at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. There is a beautiful lake view of the Baltic Sea towards Prora / Binz. The house was completely renovated in 2019 and has a high quality equipment incl. Rinsing u. Washing machine, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, rain shower, etc. Pets are not allowed, therefore suitable for pet allergies. It is also a Non smoking house. The area is ideal for swimming, nature lovers, hikers, photographers, water sports, wildlife watchers and families with children. Our holiday home offers a quiet atmosphere and the perfect center for your holiday.

Perfekt für Urlaub auf Rügen

Meine Frau und ich waren knapp eine Woche im Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, wobei die benachbarten Blockhäuser und Ferienhäuser wenig belegt waren. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und entspricht der Beschreibung. Kleinigkeiten, wie fehlendes Schälmesser oder keine Geschirrspültabs, lassen sich verschmerzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr positiv. Gewünscht hätte ich mir noch deutlichere Hinweise und Vorkehrungen zur Mülltrennung im Haus. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Schickes, modernes Haus mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Einfamilienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Durch die 3 getrennten Schlafzimmer, je mit Doppelbett ausreichend für 6 Personen. Großer Koch-/Ess-/ Wohnbereich und überdachte Terrasse mit Grillecke. In einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Sassnitz gelegen, direkt am Wald, teilweise kleiner Meerblick. Bis zum Ortskern ca 2,5km Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.
