We loved our stay! The hotel is right at the ocean, parking is no issue and having dinner at their restaurant is a must!!!!! The food is excellent! Highly recommended!

Bikers not welcome

The setting and the hotel were amazing, however the hospitality left something to be desired. This was one of the final nights of a 16 day motorcycle trip across Europe and it was by far the worst night, from the minute we turned up we felt unwelcome it was hot and we wanted to shower and change however we were ushered into a small corner at the side of the bar and left for about 30 mins before anyone bothered to check us in. It advertises parking but it is in a public multi story away from the hotel that costs 30 euros a night. On the plus side the views location and food are amazing and the hotel itself is spotless but they really need to work on their customer service for ALL guests after all I might ride a motorbike but I'm still on my holiday and my money is hard earned like the rest of the guests! If you ride a motorbike give this place a wide birth until they have learned some people skills!

Disappointing Stay in Sassnitz

The location was great, right on the water, however everything else left a lot to be desired. The owner and her staff were not very friendly, the room (#4) was very small and beds uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing as well along with the service. Delivery trucks around 6:00 a.m. will definitely wake you up. If you are looking for a place to kickback and relax, I would not recommend this hotel. Check out the town of Binz instead.

Sassnitz

This hotel is rooms above a pub. You have to go to the hotel first to get a card for a nearby car park (and pay 30 euro deposit on this plastic card). The car park is a fair walk away. No English is spoken. The wifi States free but no log in details anywhere for this. The actual rooms themselves are lovely.

Hyggelig atmosfære.

En virkelig hyggeligt hotel ved havnen og kysten i Sassnitz. Vi overnattede før vi skulle sejle til Bornholm. Vi spiste i restauranten til aften. Det var virkelig god mad. Det gør vi gerne en anden gang. Hyggelig atmosfære og god service. Dejlig morgenmad.

Das Zimmer,mit Meerblick war ausreichend mit großem Bad und sehr sauber,die Lage ist sehr Zentral,direkt an der Strandpromenade,der untere Stock ist ein Fischrestaurant und sehr hübsch hergerichtet, das Personal ist sehr feundlich und zuvorkommend

Nice Location. Great View. Hard Beds

Perfect location in Sassnitz with seaview from the Room. Nice staff and clean room. We left before the breakfast but the staff gave us takeawaybags. Very nice. Little bit expensive parking in a parkhouse a few minutes away (15eur/24h). The beds was a little bit to hard and only one loose pillow. A couple of restaurants nearby.
