Our Villa Am Steinbach is located directly in the historic Sassnitz old town and only a few meters from the Baltic Sea. The house comprises 7 modern, personalized and high-quality furnished 2 and 3-room apartments that are regularly reviewed by the German Tourism Association and classified with 4 stars. All apartments feature separate living and bedroom, large bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen in the living room and a terrace or balcony, in suites Nos. 3, 4 and 7 with partial or full views of the Baltic Sea. The two 3-room apartments no. 3 and 7 have also a second bedroom and additional features that can be found in the detailed descriptions of the apartments. Excellent sleeping comfort feature in all apartments Hotel beds with high quality orthopedic mattresses. In all rooms impressed a Mediterranean color scheme, which is perfectly matched to the device and underlined by selected images and jetsam-Artworks of hosts. Please note that in the apartments smoking is not allowed, but only on the balconies or Terraces.

Tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir waren im Mai 2018 als Paar dort im Appartement "Donnerkeil". Dieses war blitzsauber bis in die letzte Ritze. Stilvoll eingerichtet, alles wirkte gepflegt. Wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Einbauküche voll ausgestattet, schöner Balkon zum Garten hin. Maratzen richtig gut, nicht zu weich. Viel mehr Platz in den Schränken als wir für 1 Woche benötigt haben. Modernes, grosszügiges Tageslichtbad (einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: ein etwas schwererer Duschvorhang, der nicht beim duschen in die Kabine gesogen wird). Wlan und Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Das gesamte Haus und Grundstück machte einen sehr gepflegten und modernen Eindruck. Es war insgesamt sehr ruhig sowohl im Haus, als auch im Umfeld. Die Vermieterin war gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich im Kontakt. Wir fühlten uns dort willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Und noch ein Satz zu Sassnitz: Die Standortwahl war genau richtig. Ziemlich zentral an der Rügener Küstenlinie gelegen , hat man in alle Richtungen akzeptabele Entfernungen. Zumindest mit dem Auto. Es gibt reichlich Auswahl an Geschäften und Gastronomie. Gerne wieder!!!
