The street parking was good; but could be tricky if there is a lot of snow on the street. The basement suite itself is very clean, I particularly liked the ability to adjust the temperature in each bedroom. There was a dog upstairs but it only barked a couple times - not at all an issue. The beds are very firm, but bedding was fresh and clean. Lots of pillows. I am accustomed to beds having a fitted sheet - so the lack there of was odd but not a big deal. May need additional towels and face cloths, but I only stayed one night so I didn’t have to ask. The host is very responsive so I am sure they would fulfill any requests necessary to enhance your stay.
