The room was what I expected.The online pictures did not show anything than what they were. Breakfast in the restaurant cafe , very good , neat , clean in tidy. Service was very good.

Staff was fine. Room lacked cleanliness in corners of the room. Bathtub stopper did not work. Lighting was poor. No toilet amenities like shampoo etc. No Kleenex. No card to say room didn’t need changing because of extended stay. Very large deposit for damage.

Room was very outdated, was extremely cold. Maid did not knock when came in. Had to argue to get a cup of coffee after breakfast was done. Most places have coffee free for the taking in a canteen. Wanted me to use my $15 food voucher from WestJet just so I could get a coffee! Not impressed!!

Front desk staff are friendly and work with you to make the stay available. Was there for 2 months food in the lounge was very good. Rooms clean but don’t always take the garbage or pick up room service plates and cups people have left out in the hall

If i could give a 0 star, I would have. Most horrible experience ever. We stayed here on a business trip from.Calgary. This was my 1st stay and the 2nd for my husband.He warned of the bad experience he had the first time with the kitchen people that helped with the medicore breakfast they served. They literally called the front desk to confirm if the voucher he showed was legit. On my experience, whoever that guy was checking vouchers in on sunday dec 14th morning should be fired! He has zero client service and extremely rude and inhumane. We had ordered a take away cause we couldn't eat that early( that by the way took about 15mins with this guy to "convince" him to do so for us though this option was already avaliable. Kitchen took their sweet time and my husband wanted to just talk a quick bite and i can take away mine. This guy told my husband he cannot eat from the buffet and that will be considered a second serving. At this point my husband who had already dished out told him to take the food then..and he did!.And proceeded to throw it in the garbage.! I just couldn't believe it. Such a low human quaility being unfortunately is hired in this place. We left altogether without eating. We are never ever coming back and I will be letting others know. Be very warned!
