Welcome to this family holiday home located in Penvins, a charming district of Sarzeau. Access through the private gate to the development leads to a pedestrian and bicycle path to the beach 500m away, and back up to the town (1km). Fully furnished and equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. You will enjoy a large enclosed garden, a 30m² terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue for your outdoor meals. Swimming, water activities and seaside walks will punctuate your stay, it is the perfect starting point to discover the treasures of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large living area of nearly 60m2. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a filter coffee maker are available. Share your meals around the dining table for 8 people or prefer the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofas around the coffee table. A television is also located in the living area.
The house has 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), wardrobe and television. Upstairs, a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), baby bed and television, as well as two children's bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm), games and books.
Two bathrooms are at your disposal: one on the ground floor with a shower and hairdryer, the other upstairs with a shower and bathtub. The two toilets are separated for greater comfort.
