Located in a quiet and peaceful and comfortable position, with large garden and
 ample parking, a few km from the renowned tourist resorts of Pula, Santa Margherita and Chia.
Composed by :

TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS one of which is equipped with a heat pump and a single room, all equipped with mosquito nets.

We also have baby crib and booster seat for eating on the table.

BATHROOM with shower equipped with washing machine and phone and soap.

LIVING ROOM equipped with TV, two sofas, one of which with a double bed and a half, radio
TWO VERANDAS where you can eat outside.

At one km from the house you will find the beaches of Perde Sali and Porto Colombu, composed of pebbles and sand, frequented by adults and children.
In the first beach of Porto Colombu you will find a "BOBO Beach" kiosk with a bar and sunbeds for rent.
After the first beach it is possible to see and reach, both by sea and by land, the Island of San Macario. (The walk takes about 5 minutes, suitable for both adults and children.

You will always find the port of Perde Sali at 1 km, equipped with various services including
BAR LA BOOM, ice cream shop, restaurant and pizzeria.

As restaurants and pizzeria in addition to the Port of Perde Sali, you will find modern and welcoming restaurants and pizzerias such as S ’Incontru, Su Nuraghe, Locanda Caddeo, and for those who love fish Giancarlo and the terraces of Nora in Villa San Pietro and Pula.

To visit the archaeological area of Nora. An ancient city located on the sea, courtyards, villas, mosaics and the steles of Nora, the Roman amphitheater and the aqueduct are structures open to the public.
From 13 to 29 July the Festival La notte dei Poeti.

The airport is about 30 km from our house, along the SS 195 road.

Casa situata in posizione molto comoda per i vari spostamenti. La casa e composta da molti vani utili e sfruttabili. Ottimi i terrazzini esterni. Sarebbe comodo avere dei pergolati più ombreggiati, ma già così è molto comoda.

Accoglienza, cordialità e piacevolezza

I proprietari sono due persone meravigliose. Per 10 giorni si sono preoccupati del nostro soggiorno e delle nostre esigenze. La casa è un piccolo (non tanto) angolo di paradiso. Colazione e cena in due terrazze differenti, tutto funzionante, tutto pulito. Vuoi il mare meraviglioso? Lo raggiungi in pochi chilometri. Vuoi una spiaggia comoda? La raggiungi a piedi ed è comunque splendida. Non manca nulla, solo il tempo per rimanerci ancora un po’.
