In the enclosed courtyard: barbecue, garden furniture, swing, ping-pong table.

On the other side of the road, you will have access to 4 hectares with woodlands and meadows.
Ping-pong table, swings, volleyball net, petanque, are available to holidaymakers, as well as the pool that runs in July and August and is shared with other cottages.

During your stay, my team is available to provide you with ballad advice, outings, good gastronomic addresses.

Our holiday cottage is in ecological transition, we make sure by our management of green spaces to preserve the flora and fauna by keeping areas "refuges", practicing the late mowing and completely excluding chemical weed killers and other insecticides. Regarding cleaning products we are attentive to their composition.

Un gite trÚs agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Le gite est idéalement placé pour visiter Sarlat et profiter des différentes activités de la region: visites de chùteaux, kayak et promenade au bord de la riviÚre.

Le gßte est spacieux, propre et fonctionnel. Séjour trÚs agréable. Le seul petit bémol à souligné est que la piscine n'est pas à proximité du gßte. Elle n'est de toute façon ouverte que de juillet à septembre. Une trÚs bonne note dans l'ensemble Merci.

TrÚs bonne adresse pour un groupe, nous étions 11 dont 2 enfants et le gßte est vraiment bien équipé ,grandes chambres, cuisine spacieuse et bien aménagée . Emplacement au calme à 5 minutes de Sarlat.

Une semaine d'enfer

Un groupe d'amis gĂ©nial, peut-ĂȘtre un peu bruyant dĂ©solĂ©. Dans tous les cas, nous avons tout trouvĂ© sur place. De la place, de l'espace, du calme, de l'animation ; Une piscine accessible rapidement et mĂȘme s'il fallait la partager avec d'autres gĂźtes, elle Ă©tait largement assez grande pour accueillir tout le monde. Quelques petites pĂ©ripĂ©ties ont ponctuĂ©es notre semaine, trĂšs vite amĂ©liorĂ©e par la rĂ©activitĂ© des gĂ©rants, trĂšs agrĂ©ables et sympathiques.

Quelques déceptions sur l'équipement et le jardin trop petit. Proximité trop forte avec des voisins. Gentillesse pour la personne qui s'en occupait mais installation et confort trop précaire.

BELLE REGION

trÚs belle région. la maison est trÚs bien située pour les visites des chùteaux, grottes etc.. et les nombreuses activités sur l'eau. maison bien conçue pour 12 personnes. par contre nous avons été un peu déçu par l'extérieur. pas un seul fauteuil nous avons dû rester sur des chaises !! ce serait agréable de faire une petite terrasse en bois devant la maison car piétiner sur du grossier tout-venant est trÚs inconfortable. le terrain étant légÚrement en pente nous devions caler la table et nos siÚges pour manger. accueil sympathique et le terrain aménagé pour jeux et piscine fort agréable.
