Walk to downtown Saratoga and to Saratoga Racetrack!Newly furnished andupgraded2,000 sq foot home ready for you and your guests. Centrally located to all the popular spots in Saratoga- less than a 15-minute walk to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the racetrack, and a 5-minutewalk to the entrance of the State Park. Located on a corner lot with garage anddriveway access, as well asoff-street parking.Make yourself comfortable in our 2-level, 4-bedroom, 3 (full) bath home with friends and/or family. A fenced-in backyardmakes the space complete, as there is plenty of space for activities!
The Space:
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and a kitchen table for 8 people. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms- the master bedroom (queen mattress) with anattached full bathroom and the second bedroom with 2twin beds. The 2nd full bathroom is also located on the upper floor, along with a cozy living area with a mounted Roku TV.
Downstairs you will find anotherspacious living area with a second mounted Roku TV and extra space to spread out.Enjoy a small selection of books and games, as well. Also located downstairs isa third full bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms (2 twins in one room and a queen in the other). Included in our home is a full laundry room with access to the washer and dryer.

Saratoga Racing Getaways
We rented this property in the second week of August for a couples racing getaway. The property is nice and the inside of the house was perfectly maintained. We rented this property again in the last week of August for a guys racing getaway. Christian was a great host and was quick to respond to all communications with him.
