The check in process was a nightmare! It was completed via a virtual assistant who was extremely difficult to understand and lacked professionalism. The room was dirty and had a very bad odor. The condition of the lobby and common areas was dirty, and uncared for.

The faucet was broken the plumbing needed fixed the room and beds smelled like urine. When they came to clean, they only brought half of the towels back. There was no physical person at the front desk to speak with the entire time we were there.
