Exactly what was described. Very quiet neighborhood, beds very comfortable. Pool perfect for the kids. Recommend Lido beach over Siesta. Closer and less crowded.

Emerald Coast Vacay

Our stay at Queen Palm Villa was just what we needed. We loved the layout of the home & its location was close to all the places we needed to travel. The only reason I didn't give cleanliness or accuracy of listing a higher star count is because the back patio area and furniture could have been cleaner. We didn't use the sofa on the patio as it was covered in dust and debris that nature can bring in. The outside fridge area where there are bar stools needs attention. Last thing I would like to mention is that we traveled a long ways to stay at Queen Palm and we arrived a couple hours early. They wouldn't let us check in any earlier which made it difficult to wait after being exhausted from our trip. We found that the house was already clean and ready for an early check in, as we parked near the home and waited, but couldnt. That was disheartening, but all-in-all, our stay was wonderful!

Lovely well-appointed home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting with family. It is bright and has up-to-date fixtures and furnishings, including a beautiful master suite. A few things to note though: the pool was not warm enough even though we asked ahead of time to have it heated. We called and requested the thermostat be raised and someone came right away to do that. However, the water never reached over 79 degrees -- the air temp was in the high 70's during and mid 50's at night. The kitchen is "well equipped" with lots of pots, pans, baking dishes, bowls, etc., however, there is only a small salt and pepper shaker and no other condiments. There weren't even Keurig pods for the Keurig. just be prepared to bring all your food and drink supplies. Otherwise, the house is terrific!

Not as advertised

The house looks abandoned and unkept from the outside. The pool was never heated and the pool deck was filthy. Dead overgrown vegetation everywhere. VRBO nor the host tried to resolve anything. The inside of the home was clean! The outdoor space was unusable.

The house was clean and well lit. Plenty of towels and linens, washing machine and dryer in garage. Kitchen was (Could use a bottle opener though). Back yard was enclosed and and spacious. the ground was coverd with shells. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice home

House was great location almost Bradenton. Wish the pool was heated full time and not just certain hours. Also chose because said heated pool would have like to know ahead of time extra fee for that. Kitchen well equipped. Would book again

Close to stores

Great stay

Everything was very clean inside of the house. Check in was easy. Only draw back was the pool area and landscaping. The pool area needed power washing and the landscaping needed to be maintained. We would definitely stay again in the future!

Week of May 19, 2024

Two days prior to arrival we received email saying the property’s garage was not available during our stay. We arrive after 4pm and the front door will not open. Itrip host quickly responded and she sent out a locksmith. The inside of the house was clean and nicely decorated as pictures show. The most disappointing was the outside of the house-several pots in front and back yard with dead plants. Weeds need to be cut (no grass) and fountain grass needs to clean dead off, palm tree needs dead palms removed. Pool deck needs to be power washed. Instructions said there was a small cooler we could use but never found. We have stayed at Itrip properties in the past and this property doesn’t seem to match their qualities.

We’ll Equipped Entire House

This property was perfect for a family. Our daughter’s family joined us the first week and then our son’s family joined for the second week. The pool was a big hit with all of the kids! The house layout allowed for personal privacy even with six occupants. The house was well stocked with everything we needed.

The location was perfect for us. The inside of the house seemed new and was very clean. Bathrooms and showers were very good. The pool area was tidy. The pool itself was clean and refreshing. The screened lanai could use a little cleaning but this did not impact our use of the pretty area. Thank you for allowing us to rent such a cute home.

Amazing

Overall the house was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. The furniture was very comfortable and spacious. Pool was enjoyable,checking in was easy. The neighbors were nonexistent, and the house was very liked by my family. It has amenities for the beach which we used. Excellent choice, everything is updated from appliances to decor. The house has an amazing calm energy.
