Nicely renovated, clean, good location and beach view

Overall the location on the north end was beautiful and less crowded than other areas of Anna Maria Island. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated and the home was comfortable and clean.

This place is actually nicer than the photos. Perfectly maintained. Best location on the island, and we have stayed all over.

Great location! Nice mix of “old Florida” and updates

The house has retained its old Florida charm and while offering upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi caused some issues but the owner was very responsive and worked quickly to get it fixed. It’s close enough that you can walk to the food and shopping on Pine Street or Bean point.

Great Visit and Hosts

Large rooms and closets. A great screened in porch. Did we mention on the beach? This place was everything we needed and the hosts provided some much appreciated help. There is plenty of opportunity to improve the property in particular the patio overlooking the beach, but zero complaints. It was an excellent stay and we thought even nicer than the pictures show.

Awesome Beach House

We have been renting at this location for 10 years and love it. We always have an amazing experience. It's a great location - on the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The house has been continually updated over the years. The owners are great to work with, easy to contact and very responsive to any small issues we've encountered. Highly recommend!

Location!

The house has a nice layout, great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed eating dinner and playing games in the breezeway but were disappointed by the lack of any outdoor seating space facing the gulf. Overall, this house is adequate and we were mostly comfortable but it really needs a lot of upgrades and repairs. The shower door had a sign taped to it that said not to move it (broken), the cabinets were really dingy and dank, dishwasher was LOUD, WiFi was up and down due to an ancient router.
