Las vistas del hotel son un verdadero lujo,el mar y la isla de Corfu frente a ti. Acceso directo a playa,dos piscinas con música en todo momento, habitación con ducha con vistas al mar, limpieza total y personal amable hizo que nuestra estancia en Sarandé fuese de 10.

We loved Albania

We liked the location of the hotel as it was only a short walk into Sarandë centre on an evening, but also far enough out to avoid the noise and crowds. The hotel is generally very well presented, with plenty of sunbeds either by the pool or on the beach. The buffet breakfast was very nice, with some good variety to select from. The staff were the standout feature to this hotel. They were so kind, warm and welcoming 🙏. They were always there to help and the bar and resteraunt staff were so friendly and helpful. The main negative for us was the relatively small size of the standard double room. The bed took up most of the space, leaving very little room for anything else. This meant the room became to feel quite claustrophobic after a few nights. We had a sea view balcony which i would definitely say is worth paying extra for as the balconys at the back of the hotel just look onto other buildings and seemed to get limited light or sunshine. All in all, i would recommend this hotel but only for 3 to 4 nights, unless staying in an upgraded suite.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had

I don’t usually even write reviews but I felt I needed to here. Our stay at the San Angelo hotel was extremely disappointing. From the start, the facilities were in terrible condition – the sunbeds were all ripped, filthy, and clearly not maintained. The phone in our room didn’t even work, making it impossible to contact reception, though that hardly mattered since no one seemed available to help anyway. The room itself was dirty: the towels were stained, the floor hadn’t been cleaned properly as there were other people’s hair on the floor, and the bed design was ridiculous – surrounded by stone edges that made it painful to get in and out. The toilet leaked and was soaking the floor. There is also not a TV in the part of the room where the bed is which was very odd and useless. Breakfast was abysmal. There were flies crawling over the fruit and food, which was left uncovered. The selection was poor, and there were no diary-free or gluten-free options at all. Entertainment was equally dreadful – the singer was completely off-key and made it unpleasant to sit through. There were also really loud sounds which sounded like people were moving chairs at 1-3am and then again in the morning as the staff were setting up breakfast at 6am. Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown. Definitely NOT a 5* hotel. The overall feel is very cheap. Poor hygiene, terrible food, and uncomfortable rooms. I would not recommend staying here.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

I stayed at San Angelo Hotel with my friend Daniella and we had such a fantastic experience. From the start, the staff were so accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. Obed and Samuel looked after us brilliantly at mealtimes, and Joseph was especially kind and accommodating to Daniella, he really looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly. What really touched us was the free lift to the Sarandë bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. Sarandë itself is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel made our time there even more special. We truly felt at home, and I’d highly recommend San Angelo Hotel to anyone visiting.

uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen, Einrichtung sehr schön und Ausstattung waren sehr gut die Musik am Pool war ab ca. 13:00 viel zu laut, wir mussten jeden Nachmittag auf den Strand „flüchten“ weil man nicht mehr entspannt liegen konnte ansonsten war aber alles perfekt

This is a gem away with the most gorgeous sea views and sexy vibe. We felt very welcome . The infinity pool is so pretty. A 15 minute walk from ferry and 15 min walk to the boardwalk with nightlife. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Great hotel. Very clean and the staff are amazing. Only thing is its not actually Adults Only. The public can hire day beds which means kids also get to use the hotel facilities including the pool!

Mooi gelegen hotel.

Mooi redelijk nieuw hotel met wel wat veel schoonheidsfoutjes zoals geen glazen in de kamers, thee die niet bijgevuld wordt en nog wat meer. Verder moet je houden van de hele dag dreuende housemuziek bij het zwembad. WIFI is zeer slecht.

Hotel was amazing! The view from the pool and the beach is amazing! Easy walk to the port and the main strip of town. Staff was great, Caroline and Helen at the front desk were especially great and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with everything I could ask for. The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet quiet enough for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options to choose from. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Péssima infra estrutura

Eu classificaria como 3 estrelas, existem muitos pontos de melhoria, apesar de ter uma estrutura relativamente nova. O espaço destinado ao spa era um pouco decadente, escuro e com uma hidro meio suspeita. Café da manhã honesto, mas sentimos falta de uma torradeira. Apesar de termos optado pela opção mais simples de quarto, achamos espaçoso e ainda tinha uma varanda, todos os dias havia serviço de housekeeping. Entre os andares, haviam armários estranhos, onde o staff do hotel deixavam coisas aleatórias, isso dava uma má impressão. Os funcionários de origem africana eram muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar, em compensação os demais (creio que albaneses) eram rudes. Mas nada me incomodou mais do que a sujeira e o abandono das áreas da piscina e praia, um show de horror, muito lixo espalhado por todos os lugares, garrafas, copos com resto de bebidas, canudos, muitas bitucas de cigarro tanto no chão como nos cinzeiros. Faltavam lixeiras nestas áreas, até mesmo no banheiro próximo à piscina. Os estofados das espreguiçadeiras estavam quase todos rasgados, manchados, todos os guarda sóis estavam quebrados. Pelo valor pago pela diária, achei um desaforo encontrar o hotel naquele estado. Não ficaria novamente e não indicaria ninguém a se hospedar lá.

Séjour très agréable à l’hôtel sans Angelo. Le personnel à l’accueil est vraiment très dévoué, en particulier Marco, Helen et Caroline qui ont le sourire en permanence et qui résolvent les ( petits) problèmes extrêmement rapidement. Très belle piscine et très bon petit déjeuner.

Good but in need of some tlc

Overall a good hotel but starting to get tired the rooms have dodgy electrics - the sunbeds are dirty and torn and the pool towels are old - the pool area is lovely with great views but the decking is starting to turn and become uneven with screws sticking out. The music round the pool is loud so don’t come if you don’t like that. The pool bars are good but the food and drink are overpriced. 15 min walk I to the centre which is quite tacky

Das Personal im Hotel waren sehr Lieb. Frühstücksauswahl war nicht gross. Es fehlten immer wieder Gläser und es hatte keine Milchalternative. Am Pool/Strand war die Musik vieeeel zu laut. Liegestuhlkissen und Liegestühle waren beschmutzt oder beschädigt. Am Strand lagen immer Leute, wo nicht zum Hotel gehörten, obwohl es als Privatstrand beschrieben wird. Es gab auch Livesänger am Pool, sie komplett unnötig und schlecht waren. Am Pool muss man für ein Liegebett zahlen aber am Strand nicht, wieso auch immer. Am Strand lag viel Müll rum ( Kabel, Glühbirne ect.) Duschkopf sehr verschmutzt.
