Our stay was very good, my family enjoyed the stay and the kids had a great time. Staff was very friendly and if we needed something it was given in a matter of minutes. It is a new facility and all furnitures are new and in good condition. Property has a wonderful garden with pool and barbeque. Kitchen tools are in good condition. Open buffet breakfast was faboulus.

Could have been better!! It was an expensive stay for what we got. The first day when we checked in there was no electricity and we were told that it won’t come another few hours. At night it went off again, luckily kids were sleeping and I don’t even know when it came back. Apparently they always have electricity problem so I think they really need to get a generator. The pool was cold and we wanted it to be heated which they said it could be only warm (not hot) in 3 hours so we didn’t wait and decided to see places in Sapanca. Buffet breakfast and the house was nice but there were things that could be improved such as renewing the sponge and cloths in the kitchen.

Daha önce de Sapanca’da göl yakınında konaklama deneyimim olmuştu. Burayı pek beğenmedim. Pozitif olanlar Sessiz doğa içinde olması tercihimdi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Negatif oturma odasında klimanın çalışmıyordu. Buzdolabının kapağı menteşeden atmıştı sürekli elimle kaldırıp kapadım ve havuzun temizliği iyi değildi. Havuzuİlk gün kullanamadık. İkinci gün şelaleyi açtılar biraz alttan biraz temizlendi fakat üst emiş çalışılmıyordu. Üzerinde börtü böcek polen hak getire.
