The room was not ready before our arrival. Honeymoon decoration not made even though previously asked for. Plumbery problem from the first minutes badly managed. A room changed - Air conditioner not working - hot water in jacuzzi not working. We even quit by the first night. Asked for refund for the night not consumed upon all these problems : the answer was No.

I didn’t get the experience I was hoping for.

We didn’t enjoy our stay here at all. It was more like a cabin in the woods rather than a hotel cabin. The bathroom was mouldy and the bed sheets were too small for the bed. The curtains were also too small for the windows and let the light in from the sides. Overall the upkeep was very poor ☹️. Not worth the money we paid.

Odada eksikler vardı (kurutma makinası, gardrop, nevresim, yangın ve gaz alarmı, merdiven ve üst odada korkuluk gibi), bir kaç yerde örümcek ağı oluşmuştu ve iç tasarım biraz sağdan soldan toplama gibiydi. Personel sayısı azdı. Kahvaltının verildiği yer (yandaki kafe) çok soğuktu, müşterilerin içerde sigara içmesine izin veriyorlardı.Yatak yayları batıyordu. Dışarıdan sürekli karayolu sesi geliyordu, camlarda ses izolasyonu olmalıydı... Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer değil.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Sessiz sakin bir ortam. Kaldığımız ev gayet iyiydi. Sadece bir ara sıcak suyun olmayışı can sıktı. Bir de lambaların hepsi yanmıyordu ama tek ampul küçük evin aydınlatmasına yetiyor. Bahçedeki sehpanın bir ayağı kırıktı, sürekli yerini değiştirdikçe tekrar takmak zorunda kaldık. Cumartesi gecesi uzaktan düğün sesleri geliyordu ama o kadar rahatsız edici değildi. Bir de otoban kenarında olduğundan araba sesleri sürekli duyuluyor. Buna rağmen rahatsızlık yaşamadık. Kahvaltı yan taraftaki parkın cafesinde veriliyor. Oldukça doyurucu ve lezzetliydi. Genel olarak fiyat performans iyi olarak değerlendirilebilir.

Kurtköy bungalov suit oda 2

Merhaba biz kurtköy bungalovlarının Deluxe suit 2 numaralı göl manzaralı odasında kaldık. Oda muhteşemdi ve oda temizliği iyiydi. Sıcak su havuzunun ısıtıcaları suyu çok iyi ısıtıyordu hava buz gibiydi yağmurluydu fakat havuz gayet iyi sıcaktı havuzdan çok keyf aldık. Saç kurutma makinası odada mevcut ve yeterliydi. Banyoda sıcak soğuk su her zaman vardı. Bu yere üç puan kıracagım çünkü rezervasyonu yapacağımız zaman oda içerisinde diş macunu ve fırçası var diye gözüküyordu fakat oda içerisinde mevcut değildi. Resepsiyona giderek sorduğumda ise geçtiğimiz günlerde çok yogunduk elimizde kalmadı diye cevap aldım. Mekanın bir diğer dezavantajı ana yola yakın geçen araç sesleri rahatsız edici şekilde oluyor geceleri. Ben herzaman yorumlara bakarak tatil yaparım size de bu yeri önerir ve tavsiye ederim. Kahvaltısıda çok iyi bir mekanda ve bence yeterliydi.
