Inside Sunhouse condominium with concierge and 24h security. 50m from the beach - corner of Moreira (prime area), facing the pools and large garden. Ability to host a maximum of 4 adults + 1 child (MAXIMUM 5 YEARS). Divided into dormitory with queen bed, ceiling fan and 7500btus air conditioning, 21 inch TV with SKY; living room / kitchen with fan, air conditioning 10000btus, large bunk bed, 32 inch LED TV with SKY, duplex refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. Bathroom with luxury shower and hygienic shower. Small service area with tank, clothesline, beach chairs and broomsticks.

Minha estádia foi perfeita. É a primeira vez que a descrição do anúncio realmente condiz com o local. O Ronie é super atencioso, tira todas as dúvidas e ainda manda dicas. O Flat é perfeito para 04 pessoas, o espaço é grande, as camas são confortáveis, o banheiro é muito bom, possui um secador de cabelo maravilhoso, móveis novos, eletrônicos funcionando, internet e tv a cabo, todos os itens de cozinha possíveis, ventilador e ar condicionado em todos os cômodos e muito limpo. A localização do flat é excelente, fica bem em frente à piscina do condomínio e próximo à praia, caminhada de 02 minutos e já chega a praia. O condomínio é excelente, tem um ambiente familiar, seguro, os funcionários do condomínio são atenciosos e educados

Estadia, localização e serviços do condomínio excelentes.

Flat impecável, que acomoda muito bem 4 pessoas (2 dormindo no dormitório e 2 no sofá cama, que não é pequeno - comportou uma pessoa com altura de 1,78m). Próximo à praia (caminhada de 3 minutos e já se está com o pé na areia). Só tivemos um pequeno incômodo na hora da chegada, pois na hora que chegamos a funcionária da limpeza ainda estava limpando o flat, mas sem dor de cabeça: descarregamos as malas e saímos para fazer as compras enquanto a funcionária (super educada e prestativa) terminava a limpeza. A localização do flat para mim foi excelente, pois não gosto de ficar no centro devido ao trânsito e grande movimentação. O centro de Maresias não é longe do imóvel, cerca de 3 km, onde se tem padaria e mercado. O imóvel é localizado no Canto do Moreira, o melhor lugar da praia de Maresias, na minha visão. O Ronie, proprietário do flat, foi super atencioso e hospitaleiro conosco (apesar de não nos encontrarmos pessoalmente, o contato através do Whatsapp foi o suficiente para arrancar elogios a ele); o Ronie enviou uma lista de sugestões excelentes para que não conhece Maresias (o que era meu caso). O condomínio é excelente e o flat fica bem em frente à piscina, o que é muito bom. As vagas não são demarcadas e só pode 1 vaga por apartamento. Os funcionários do condomínio são super atenciosos e educados. O flat disponibiliza dos utensílios de cozinha mais usados, e o proprietário do imóvel dispõe de cadeira de praia e guarda sol (o que já libera um espaço no porta mala do carro). Enfim, a estadia foi excelente e a praia é maravilhosa (me apaixonei real). Pretendo voltar muito em breve!

Passamos um feriado muito agradável, o local é exatamente como a descrição, limpo, com tudo funcionando, de frente para a praia, a piscina do condomínio é de frente para a casa, oq para nós que fomos com as crianças foi fundamental. O Sr. Ronie é muito atencioso, nos deu dicas sobre mercados e outras coisas próximas. Voltarei assim que possível com toda certeza!

Condomínio muito bem cuidado, próximo ao melhor ponto da praia de Maresias. O Flat é bem equipado e atendeu as nossas expectativas. Vale destacar o Ronie: super atencioso e extremamente correto inclusive, atendeu todas as nossas demandas. Sugestão: Pela posição do apartamento e o excessivo calor da temporada em que ficamos hospedado um ar condicionado na sala / cozinha seria muito agradável

tudo maravilhoso , começando pelo atendimento do Sr. Ronie , sempre solicito nas duvidas , ponto da praia excelente , e nada melhor que chegar do Mar perfeito de Maresias e tomar um belo banho de piscina (que o Flat em questão e o melhor posicionado para isso ), e se tiver com calor ainda e só ligar o ar condicionado do Flat pra se refrescar . obrigado Ronie e ate a próxima .
