The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, communal laundry, and a mini-market on the ground floor. Additionally, there is a rooftop on the 13th floor with sun loungers, tables and chairs for snacks, and an incredible view.
My Studio is in a great location in downtown São Paulo, with easy access to subway stations and bike paths, close to Avenida Paulista, Rua Augusta, Mackenzie University, and full of leisure, entertainment, gastronomy, culture, and transportation options.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, and drawers. Accessories such as pots, plates, glasses, bowls, cutlery, detergent, cutting board, dish drainer, etc.
Living room with dining counter, comfortable chairs, coffee table, and sofa bed.
Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe with hangers, drawers, and niches. A steam iron is available in the room to iron your clothes.
