O quarto estava limpo, contudo o banheiro tinha limo no box. Embora o quarto fosse bom, não dava para abrir as cortinas pois tinha um outro prédio diretamente na frente. Era um quarto simples, região segura.

Local bom, com localização boa. A primeira entrada no prédio foi um pouquinho difícil, mas as demais muito fáceis. O apartamento estava com uma limpeza nota 8, com oportunidades de limpeza no box do banheiro e no chão próximo à cama.

Execelente localização. Aparamento maravilhoso, mas sempre que voltava para casa ou quando cheguei, tinha um cheiro forte e ruim. Algo subindo pelo vaso ou pia, não consegui identificar, mas os primeiros momentos foram bem ruins.

Minha experiência

No primeiro dia tive problemas com a limpeza na hora que cheguei, havia muitos cabelos no chão e o banheiro tinha um odor forte e a televisão não estava conectando na internet. No geral pra quem busca uma acomodação só para dormir e passar o dia fora está ok, a cama é confortável. A máquina de café não estava ligando também. Só havia duas panelas grandes , então pra fazer algo simples e pouco já não dava. E a varanda é minúscula. Mas a localização é ótima, perto de tudo, mercado, metrô, restaurantes.

O apartamento é muito confortável e a localização ótima. Porém, a limpeza deixou a desejar. O vaso sanitário tinha forte cheiro de urina e o edredom estava bem sujo, com manchas de secreções deixadas por hóspedes anteriores. O chuveiro elétrico é antigo e a ducha é direcionada para a parede, numa posição muito ruim. Além disso, escapam jatos de água gelada por cima da água quente, o que é bastante incômodo.
