Localização excelente. Perto de mercados e do metrô. Achei que a limpeza deixa a desejar. Utensílios de cozinha em péssimo estado. A situação das panelas é de chorar 😬. Achei alguns utensílios com crosta de sujeira. Lençol bom, toalhas boas, cama casal ok, sofás cama não tão confortáveis. Funcionários do prédio cordiais, porém a comunicação com a empresa que aluga o apartamento é confusa. Passei por um constrangimento, colocaram a data de saída errada e a portaria nos chamou a atenção. Enfim, tem muito potencial, mas pode melhorar em alguns aspectos. Principalmente na limpeza e utensílios de cozinha. Tem máquina de lavar roupa lava e seca.
