Um lugar maravilhoso onde falta manutenção!

O atendimento maravilhoso porém a conservação horrível, Precisei usar uma cadeira para travar a porta pois não tinha trava e o ar condicionado não parou de pingar As portas precisam de uma boa limpeza tipo óleo mineral ou óleo de peroba. As torneiras , um bombril resolve A janela da varanda não fecha A limpeza no café da manhã precisa ser dado uma olhada O hotel é maravilhoso, uma senhora estrutura porém no meu ponto de vista falta gestão. Cuidado mesmo

Conforto e localização!

Localização excelente, bem ao lado da Empório Fribal e próximo ao Champs Mall e Espigão. Café da manhã bom, sem grandes variações ao longo dos dias, porém suficiente pra quem quer se alimentar bem. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro espaçoso. Cama confortável. Limpeza em dia. Televisão moderna. Internet oscila bastante. Água do chuveiro demora alguns minutos para esquentar. No geral, foi uma boa hospedagem.

Só disponibilizam 1 toalha e um lençol mesmo sendo 2 pessoas ! Nao colocam o kit completo de higiene no banheiro. Se você esquecer o shampoo vai ficar sem! O café da manhã não é tão completo, mas o ambiente em si é super organizado mas com aspecto de antigo!

Hotel bom custo benefício, atendentes desorganizad

O hotel tem bom custo benefício, apesar da aparência de velho, o quarto é confortável, internet funciona bem, mas o atendimento dos funcionários do check-in é péssimo. Desorganizados e sem profissionalismo. Cheguei meia noite e o funcionário totalmente sem profissionalismo me falou "eita, não vai ter cartão pra abrir seu quarto", e ficava rindo, disse que tinham dado mais de um cartão pra alguns hóspedes e tinha acabado. Fiquei esperando a gerente e somente entrei no quarto duas da manhã. Depois disso sexta meio dia o cartão parou de funcionar e fui levar na recepçã para reativar e outro funcionário disse "é que já fechou seu quarto, já são meio dia" e eu disse que minha saída era somente sábado. Aí que ele foi confirmar, mas disse na frente de outras pessoas que meu horário tinha acabado, sem nem olhar antes. Enfim, zero preparo de atendimento em geral.

Desagradável - não merece 3* nem o preço que cobra

Péssimo serviço. Na chegada depois de meia noite para 3 hospedes havia somente 2 toalhas e não tinha quem entregar ou outro o hóspede tinha de descer para pegar na recepção. No dia seguinte embora prometido 2 vezes não foi resolvido

O lugar não era luxuoso nas fotos, mas pessoalmente era um lixo. Começando que me mandaram para um quarto de solteiro sendo que paguei por cama queen. Reclamei na recepção, me disseram que hotel estava lotado, argumentei que já havia pago antes e teria que ter quarto pra mim. Arrumaram um quarto com cama de casal, não era queen, mas me servia. Vi outros hóspedes chegando e brigando na recepção que eles tinham pago e não tinha mais quartos. Porém só piorou: Chuveiro não esquentava, mesmo sendo a gás , lâmpada do banheiro queimada tive que tomar banho no escuro pq ninguém veio arrumar, não tinha shampoo e nem a possibilidade de comprar no hotel. Não fizeram serviço de quarto em nenhum dos dias que estive no local (4dias). O café tudo em pouca quantidade então nada tinha e não tinha reposição , ridículo. O ar condicionado era daqueles antigos, mas sem botões então não tinha como regular a temperatura. No quarto não tinha interfone então sempre que precisava falar com a recepção tinha que descer até lá pra tentar resolver. O pior lugar que já fiquei, tudo caindo aos pedaços, lugar sucateado. Só fiquei lá pq todos os hotéis da cidade estavam lotados. Seboso, tudo sujo, nojento!
