Sensacional!

Experiência incrível nesta estadia. Tudo perfeito, desde organização e limpeza, até o café da manhã. O maior destaque é a equipe de colaboradores do local que nos faz sentir parte da família do hotel, são extremamente solícitos e zelosos com o hóspede, sempre preocupados em deixar o mesmo bem a vontade. Excelente localização, o que proporciona uma vista maravilhosa. Local extremamente silencioso onde os pássaros dão show.

Não se engane com a beleza do hotel nas fotos do site. Parece aqueles hotéis abandonados do Scooby Doo. É uma pena, pois a área do jardim e a construção do hotel são muito bonitos, a vista é linda. Mas é tudo velho e mal cuidado, o lençol estava rasgado. A recepção só funciona até às 19:00. O café manhã é basicamente o pão, café e leite. Uma fruta, um bolo e presunto e queijo. Pelo valor da diária deveria ter mais variedade. As instalações do banheiro enferrujadas, o piso de madeira descascando. Geladeira velha e enferrujada com mal contato na tomada. Não houve serviço de limpeza.

O hotel tem potencial mas precisa melhorar a limpeza, roupa de cama velha demais, softs de aspecto duvidoso quanto à higienizaçao, ventiladores de teto imundos de poeira, café da manhã sofrível.. A primeira vez que me hospedei no chalé em 2019 eu amei...tudo perfeito.Paguei uma fortuna no reveillon de 2021 e foi só decepção. Sem capacho para limpar os pés na entrada do chalé, as tomadas velhas e frouxas.Todo o quarto muito empoeirado...sem nem um cheiro de desinferante...cheiro ruim saindo do ralo do banheiro. Foi minha última estadia nesse hotel...

péssimo - infelizmente nos surpreendemos

ola amigos, infelizmente gostaria de dizer que fiquei decepcionado com o local, está acabado, largado, parece que voltei à época medieval após uma guerra viiking. No quarto solicitado deveria ter uma cama de casal (ok) e duas de solteiro, mas tinha uma cama de solteiro em baixo da cama de casal e um sofá que virava um timo de cama no chão, sem contar que só existia um cobertor no quarto para 3 pessoas. O frigobar sujo e enferrujado com as partes internas quebradas, impróprio para uso. As luzes queimadas, As testeiras dos chalés caindo porque estão podres, os pássaros acabaram por fazerem ninhos dentro do forro e o barulho é ensurdecedor, as mesas de ferro espalhadas estão na sua maioria, quebradas e com pontas são um perigo para crianças e adultos, buracos e esgotos a céu aberto onde pessoas podem cair, as paredes da piscina parecem que não vê uma VAP há pelo menos 10 anos, as trepadeiras que sobrem as paredes das muretas invadem as arvores e tapam a visão do local, matos para cortar que estão encobrindo a visão da paisagem, não existe no local acesso a deficientes, perguntei no watsapp se havia churrasqueira e informaram que sim, chegando no local tinha uma CUIA toda estourada e enferrujada, a piscina não teve manutenção, os telefones dos quartos não funcionam, A MESA DE BILHAR está estourada por baixo devido ao mau cuidado.... a mesa de pebolim está estourada e quebrada..... A área gourmet da piscina que já foi um bar, está totalmente largada, com fogoes quebrados e coisas

Bem ruim, não voltaria sem reformas

Ficamos na cabana 4 que não estava em condições de hospedar ninguém, estava com o vaso sanitário quebrado, a ducha higiênica quebrada, o peitoril da varanda quebrado, tinha traças pelo quarto, e o frigobar não funcionava e estava com um cheiro bem ruim! O hotel em si está bem descuidado, parece abandonado! Os funcionários sempre muito solícitos e atenciosos, mas não deveriam ter colocado esse quarto disponível! Rasguei 321 reais num quarto abandonado e com traças literalmente jogado as traças!!

Quarto em péssimas condições tanto em higiene(muitas traças), quanto em relação ao conforto…roupas de cama rotas, cobertor surrado, de dimensões mínimas, travesseiros em ponto de descarte, cama adicional com sinais de invasão por cupins, gradil de madeira da sacada quebrado, oferecendo perigo, principalmente para crianças, há nítida percepção de descaso! Experiência péssima, não recomendaria em nenhuma hipótese.

Bom custo benefício

Foi uma estadia de apenas uma noite e cumpriu o papel. Atendimento excelente! Fácil acesso ao hotel, a limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Instalações necessitam de maior cuidado e manutenção. Mesmo com 4 pessoas na reserva haviam apenas 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro. Não deu tempo de pedir outra, então não desabona o hotel, pois eu havia visto isso na reserva. Falta melhorar isso no app, e faltou talvez a sensibilidade de perceber isso e fornecer mais um colchão. O mesmo ocorreu com toalhas de banho, 3 toalhas para 4 pessoas. O café foi fantástico e só havia minha família no hotel, um verdadeiro banquete na mesa. Obrigado!
