Vamos aos fatos. A pousada é muito bem localizada, meu quarto tinha vista para o mar, os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e a comida realmente tem ótima qualidade. Inclusive, isso precisa ser reconhecido. Apenas achei os valores acima do esperado para a região, até mais caros que em Maragogi, e a porção de camarão veio relativamente pequena, com cerca de 10 unidades. Sobre a estrutura da pousada, acredito que uma pintura externa deixaria o ambiente muito mais apresentável, além de melhorar a entrada, que hoje acaba deixando a desejar por não possuir calçamento adequado. Também tivemos problemas com os chuveiros, porém preciso reconhecer que a manutenção resolveu tudo prontamente, com agilidade e atenção. O café da manhã do primeiro dia estava excelente, porém no segundo e terceiro dias algumas situações ficaram abaixo da expectativa, principalmente itens acabando por volta das 8h sem reposição. Pelo valor investido nas diárias, isso realmente se torna inadmissível. Mesmo assim, reforço que o atendimento da equipe foi incrível durante toda a estadia.

Localização excelente....pé na areia. Próximo do centro, para apoio. Instalações confortáveis. Café da manhã simples, mas bem saboroso. Estacionamento é na rua ao lado do Hotel. Não usamos a piscina, pois o mar estava fabuloso. Os coelhinhos não ficam mais soltos, segundo funcionários, por reclamação de jma hóspede.

Um paraíso em SanZé

Passamos ótimos dias na Vivenda Oriente. Ambiente limpo e com equipe muito atenciosa e agradável. Café da manhã bem variado com opção de tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Limpeza do quarto feita com frequência e tudo funcionando perfeitamente, ar condicionado, tv, chuveiro, frigobar, cama confortável. Acredito que o plus da pousada são os coelhinhos que ficam soltos nas dependências rs e a decoração do ambiente que é lindíssima.
