Decadente!

Razoável! Ao chegar no quarto havia uma fralda de bebê que não fora descartada de hóspede anterior e o colchão está mais do que vencido! Parecia estar dormindo no estrado da cama. Excelente localização!

Pior lugar para relaxar após uma longa viagem.

Horrível 1- Me reservaram o quarto 146 para casal, chegando lá o mesmo encontrava-se com a cama revirada e banheiro sujo, ficando claro que tinha acabado de sair os hóspedes, voltei a portaria questionar e o atendente reconheceu que não foi arrumado. Me mandaram para o quarto com 2 camas de solteiro para eu e minha esposa dormir. 2- Pedi a senha do Wifi, o mesmo encontrava-se cortado pela telefonia, o que foi confirmado pelo atendente Germano 3- Fomos tomar banho, NÃO TINHA ÀGUA NO HOTEL. 4- Fomos escovar os dentes com garrafinha de água comprada a R$3,00 no próprio hotel 5- A luz do banheiro estava queimada 6- o atendente Germano reconheceu o erro e prometeu transferir meu pernoite para o hotel Holz, qual alegou que era da mesma rede de hotel, pediu para eu ajeitar minhas coisa e foi até a porta do quarto avisar que não havia vaga no hotel prometido. O que era para ser um local de descanso após uma viagem de 1.200 Km, se tornou um local de estresse e cansaço. Se não for resolvido este problema, irei procurar os meus direitos perante a justiça, pois tenho vídeos dos quartos, e dos banheiros. Segue a foto do quarto 146, qu estava reservado para eu e minha esposa.

Foi uma decepção pois além de ter pago antecipado, quando chego ao local querendo descansar me deparo com o quarto totalmente diferente do que visualizei pela internet as paredes com rachaduras, manchadas com morfo, banheiro sujo, sem ar condicionado, e para que nós tivéssemos esse conforto que acredito eu já teria que está incluso no valor que paguei, tive que desembolsar R$ 167,00.😠

o hotel realmente é barato e bem localizado. os atendentes que ficam na parte da manha sao simpaticos. o da noite me deixou falando sozinho! nao tem problema o banheiro ser fora do quarto, sabia dessas condiçoes quando contratei, mas nao sabia que o chuveiro é morno pra frio. nenhum dia, das 4 noites q estive la, arrumaram ou limparam meu quarto. tive q implorar por mais um sache de shampu. e o cafe da manhaé bem fraquinho

A localização é muito boa, do lado de um shopping, posto 24hrs ao lado, próximo a estação de ônibus, e fica em uma rua com bares e restaurantes, o que aumenta o movimento nos fins de semana. Acho que alguns detalhes simples, como uma pequena arara para colocar roupas, já poderia dar um up nos quartos (fiquei nos quartos com banheiro compartilhado).

Foi entregue na recepção apenas uma toalha para banho sem a de rosto. Cama e colchão de péssima qualidade, vidro do box do banheiro quebrado, Interruptor de luz do banheiro em curto, televisão de 20 polegadas muito velha, imagem horrível, controle remoto não funcionava e quarto com umidade na parede s reboque.
