Pra quem está confuso: é um motel que também vende diárias hehe o esquema é o mesmo. Eles tem promoções de caipirinha por 11 reais e tudo que você pede para comer é muito bom! É bem confortável, gostei! Pontos ruins: localização um pouco perigosa e o tratamento é de motel, quando quer sair e voltar é um pouco estranho pq vc tem que confirmar que é diária falando.

Informações importantes

A hospedagem foi ótima, quarto limpo e bem arrumado, porém só tinha um jogo de toalha no quarto, não havia roupão, mas algo que precisa ser providenciado para o conforto do hospede é o frigobar, não há nada para beber durante a noite, se quiser tomar agua de madrugada é necessario pedir e esperar ou pedir antes e tomar sem gelo. Reservamos sabendo que tal utensílios não haveria, porém não imaginávamos que era tão necessário.

O local, apesar de longe da praia, possui um bom atendimento e quartos e banheiros bem limpos, fazem a manutenção diariamente. Café da manhã não é muito completo porém com produtos de qualidade.

No geral foi muito bom! Apenas não pegava a internet no 3º andar onde nos hospedamos. Informamos a portaria, mas o Rapaz que os atendeu fez pouco caso e ainda falou mostrando o seu celular : “ O meu está pegando aqui neste andar!” Se estávamos informando a falta de conexão, acho que é porque necessitávamos e pagamos por um serviço completo. Mas foi apenas esse funcionário que fez pico caso, as meninas foram excelentes

Hospedagem rápida. O hotel não é ruim, mas está mal administrado. Apenas um elevador funcionando pra 16 andares. Janelas do quarto não vedavam e inundou com as chuvas. O banheiro é pequeno. A geladeirinha não funcionava. Luz da ante sala queimada. Faltou luz uma noite e o gerador não funcionou. Tem tudo pra ser muito bom, mas falta manutenção.

Hotel funciona como motel

Localização: lugar perigoso. Atendimento: apesar de ter reservado dois dias via site, assim que completou um dia de estadia fui obrigada a ir até a recepção antes das 12:00 (atrapalhando a programacão de passeios) e reservar o segundo dia. Toda vez que precisei entrar no hotel fui informada que era necessário esperar pq o motel estava cheio (o tempo todo fomos tratados como se estivessemos hospedados em quarto de motel). Ninguém sabia quem éramos e etc. Estacionamento: o estacionamento dos hospedes é em conjunto com o estacionamento dos clientes do motel, logo, o carro foi exposto a batidas e etc. Pagamento: o pagamento de parte do segundo dia já havia sido efetuado ás 10:40 da manhã do primeiro dia, apesar do check-in ser apenas ás 15:00 e eu não ter comparecido ao hotel antes do mesmo. Além disso, todos os pagamentos (consumação e hospedagem) sã feitos na recepção, em conjunto com os usuarios do motel, causando constrangimento desnecessário. Sugiro que o motel avalie se realmente vale a pena trabalhar como hotel e motel, uma vez que se comportam como motel em tempo integral.
