A peaceful Paradise facing the Sea

Its position allows you to quickly reach the wonderful towns of the Côte d'Azur and the Riviera dei Fiori. The house is independent with sea view and offers a lot of privacy for total relaxation. It is spread over 2 levels and has a large flower garden, with fountains and ornamental plants, equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ to be fully enjoyed with family and friends. My accommodation is suitable for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends.

The property is located on the hill in front of the Marina di Aregai of Santo Stefano al Mare. Its 1000sqm garden makes the stay at the house truly unique. The ground floor has independent access and there is a living room with a balcony overlooking the sea, kitchen, bathroom, dining / living area, living room, bedroom with two single beds and double bedroom with private bathroom. An internal spiral staircase connects it to the first floor attic where you will find a double bedroom, a private bathroom and a nice terrace with sea view.

The house can be reached easily by car. Here are the distances to the destinations to visit: 34 km from Menton, 41 km from Monte Carlo, 11 km from Sanremo. The nearest airports are: Nice - Cote d'Azur 60km Cuneo - Levaldigi 82km Genoa - 99km

Wunderschöne Ferien!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus und eben solcher grosser Garten mit vielen Bäumen! Wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Teenagern und 4 Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus unbedingt empfehlen. Schöne Strände in San Stefano al mare und viele, gemütliche Restaurants am Meer. Es hat uns allen Spass gemacht - vielen Dank!
