From the driver at the airport, to the welcoming staff, to the housekeeping. They always greeted me and seemed to enjoy being there. The place was clean, and it felt clean. The hotel is located in the middle of town and the street nearby is a busy one. I never felt scared walking in the neighborhood. It was very nice!

I am very happy with this hotel, considering the hotel options in this price range in Santiago is very limited, I had doubts when I booked it thinking it might be one of those boring business hotel for people who have to be there, but I was wrong, this hotel is warm, friendly, has everything I need, comfortable bed, safe box, ice dispenser every floor, also a good restaurant and bar in the top floor, free airport transfers. It is right in the city center, the only disadvantage is the noise from the street, it doesn’t bother me, but some people may be more sensitive to it. Overall 5/5, Excellent.
