This hotel has so much potential. The issues we had are things that the owners could fix and resolve if they had the right focus and staff. It is incredibly conveniente and in a great location, but precisely because of those atribuyes, that they should make an extra effort on providing better service and improvement room conditions, even at the expense of higher prices, guests would pay for it given the location this hotel is at.
Beds are really bad and instead of offering a queen, they offer cheap double twin beds. AC doesn’t work as it should, and even when we asked to be repaired, the issue was never addressed. A couple of days after the rooms were services, we still had to ask for mats and towels as they forgot, and the floor wasn’t properly cleaned. The little reception office is incredibly hot, so I can’t imagine how that mana her can work in that space at that temperature.
