Review Casa Carmela
Family holiday with 5 adults. Cala D'or is a lovely town and the villa location is excellent. Florence is an excellent host and the whole bookind process was simple.There are bars and restaurants near the beach which are a 3 or 4 minute walk away. The town centre is around a 10 minute walk and has many bars , restaurants and shops. The Marina areaia walkable or a 5 minute car ride. Supermarkets are a short walk or car ride. The villa is as per described and was clean and comfortable and the large outdoor kitchen was well used as we enjoy bbqs and cooking in general. Bedrooms are comfortable and air conditioned. We holiday together frequent and this villa was our overall favourite to date. Things to improve it in our opinion. 1. Another parasol in the garden pool area. 1 is not enough. 2. The fridge in the indoor kitchen would benefit from the door opening from right to left. it is cramped with the wall. 3. There is only one "chopping board" for food prep. Another 2 or so would be better. These are only small points not criticisms. Overall we had an extremely good time and really felt at home.
