Just returned from a week at the Alua Suites and had a wonderful time with our five year old. The location is spectacular, with incredible views of the ocean, and plenty of amenities and beaches nearby. A great base if you want to explore the island, but equally enough to keep families occupied on site. We did day trips over to Deia and Valdemossa as well as the Saturday market at Satanyi, all of which were incredible and easy if you have a car. We thought the accomodation was good, if a little tired around the edges, but the lack of adequate air conditioning was a big problem (not ideal, being pregnant!). However, the staff arranged for fans in our room which definitely helped make sleeping easier. For a resort at the top end of the market, I wouldn't expect to struggle for good air conditioning, honestly. I really hope this is rectified some time soon! This aside, we loved the experience. The pools were fantastic (we especially loved the small one across the road from the main site) and the kids entertainment was fantastic. Our little girl absolutely loved the Animators and danced her socks off at the minidisco each evening. Truly magical! Huge shout out to Ricky and the girls - you are all amazing. The food was fantastic, great selection and really loved the fact that each evening had a theme. Missing Alua Suites already and can't wait to return one day!

Rummet (i hus D) vi fick var under all kritik, smutsigt överallt. Damm och hår på golvet och i sängen, både döda och levande insekter, soffan hade stora äckliga fläckar, toaletten var smutsig och det var mögel överallt. Vi klagade direkt och fick ett nytt rum i huvudbyggnaden men det var inte så mycket bättre alls tyvärr. Vi var tvungna att boka nytt hotell, checkade ut bara några timmar efter att vi checkat in.

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt und werden wiederkommen. Großartige Lage und ein vielfältiges Angebot an Speisen und Getränken. Vor allem die Vielfalt an inklusiven Cocktails war toll. Am schönsten war der ständige Blick aufs Meer sowohl vom Pool als auch beim Essen.

Direkte Lage an der Küste, Strand ist zu Fuss noch erreichbar, Zimmer waren geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. Aber das Essen ist leider nur auf "Funk Food Level".

Séjour du 31/07/23 au 07/08/23 pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en tout compris. Hébergés dans une suite qui n’a rien d’une suite. Chambre avec 2 petits lits et un canapé lit (non préparé à notre arrivée et matelas sale). Petite salle de bain avec 1 vasque et WC non séparé. 2 serviettes de toilette pour 3 personnes. Odeur d’égout et d’humidité dans la salle de bain irrespirable au bout de 2 jours. Piscines non entretenues avec déchets flottants et hygiène douteuse aux abords comme dans les bassins (pansements, plastiques et sable dans le fond…). Nombreux clients viennent rincer leur pieds avec claquettes dans les piscines…Nous avons tous été malades suite au repas pris au buffet. Notre fils de 4 ans prit de vomissements incessants le vendredi, mon mari également le samedi et moi matinée (3 heures) sous perfusion le dimanche. Plus de 1000€ de frais médicaux. Rapport qualité/prix très mauvais.

Fint hotel - lidt byliv og indkøb tæt på i Cala Egos. Stranden i gåafstand (10 min.), bådehavnen cirka 15 min. Væk. Flot udsigt fra hotellet. Havde kun tilvalgt morgenmad - det var vi glade for. Morgenmaden var anstændig, men ikke mega imponerende.

Cadre magnifique mais service décevant

Points d'améliorations : pas deau chaude dabs les douches, wc et eviers bouchés, vaisselle sale, climatisation non réglable, aucune solution proposée. Points positifs : vue mer exceptionnelle et accuil clair et rapide.
