Maison agréable mais pas les pieds dans l'eau comme indiqué dans le titre de l'annonce

Belle maison . Site agréable. Quelques petits conseils pour que cela soit parfait : Une douche en plus dans la maison serait la bienvenue car celle actuelle est tres petite et cela serait bien qu'il y ait un barbecue ou une plancha pour pouvoir faire des grillades. Celui qui etait a l'extérieur etait tout rouillé et non stable. Trop dangereux a utiliser. A voir également la hauteur des placards de cuisine, trop hauts,obligé de prendre un escabeau pour pouvoir attraper les ustensiles de cuisine ou prévoir des rangements plus bas. Une télévision ou un poste pour la musique qui fonctionne serait le top pour les veillées noctures. Autrement très bon séjour et félicitations au propriétaire pour ce si beau jardin.

Villa vicino Santa Teresa di Gallura

La villa condivide l'ingresso con altre 2 proprietà, ma il giardino é completamente autonomo, garantisce privacy e una bella vista sulla campagna gallurese. Il patio esterno consente relax, colazione, pranzo e cena all'aperto. La casa é fresca, vicino al centro, ai servizi e alle spiagge seppur rendendosi necessaria l'auto. Un po' datata, ma con una distribuzione interna funzionale.

Bella casa in campagna vicino a spiagge e servizi

La zona in cui è posizionata la casa è ottima per la vicinanza a spiagge e servizi (supermercato e centro). L'auto resta comunque sempre necessaria. Autonoma nonostante condivida l'ingresso con altre due case. Il giardino è separato. La privacy è garantita. Punti di forza sono l'area esterna dove è possibile mangiare comodamente e in tranquillità, con una bella vista sulla campagna gallurese e il clima fresco, soprattutto la notte, nonostante fosse luglio. TV non presente, zanzariere presenti. Check in e check out efficienti con la signora Antonella e rapida soluzione del malfunzionamento del boiler.

Che bella vacanza!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, una bella accoglienza e un'ottima permanenza; sia il proprietario Roberto che la signora Cristina sono stati molto disponibili e di aiuto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa per 2 settimane. La villa e' spaziosa, bene organizzata, tranquilla e offre tanta tanta privacy. La descrizione data nel sito e' precisa. I due patii e il giardino sono fantastici, e a pochi minuti di auto ci sono spiagge stupende, supermercati, insomma per noi la posizione e l'esposizione della villa e' perfetta. Un posto in cui tornare.

Fantastic house surrounded by perfect beaches

We stayed at Robertos house for 6 days, and would have loved to stay there for much longer. The house is spacious and worked perfect for our family. We can absolute recommend it - for sure the best place we stayed on our Sardinia roundtrip.
